To anyone who is like me and replaying this game on their PC because it eats up the battery on the switch in 2 hours. First: yes the throwing and walking 'glitch' still works. You just have to finish talking to Vishnal and not go in to talk to Venti in the beginning Also: the pressing z on controller to walk into a wall while you throw got patched. Now it is walking only improves if the camera following the character moves. So if you want to improve walking (which you do, it improves HP and RP max) then throw the rock (throwing does not improve HP and RP max) to the left and then the right of the screen in a way that maximizes camera movement. Also: I got bored while doing the throwing glitch after 6 levels so I started counting how many throws it takes per level and this is the information I've collected so far first 2 numbers are the levels and last 2 numbers are amount of throws and the difference between amount of throws from previous level. It has a lot of things to do and every thing you do is worthile, the experience system makes it so that if youre harvesting for example, you improve your strength which helps figthing monsters, and like so. The combat is simple but fun, i found enjoyment in always improving and trying different weapons. The loot system is also entertaining, every enemy has a chance to drop unique upgrade items that make your character more powerful. Storywise it was touching, it has a friendship system which takes in game time to raise and you can even have a child with your so, overall wholesome. I recommend to play this game when you wanna relax and spend 1 hour a day doing something different.
One of my partners suggested this game to me as she loves it and it makes her happy, so I bought it for myself. It's a pretty great game, and I can see why she likes it. Quests, mini-quests, fishing, farming, etc. I need to get back into it and grind a bit more so I can beat the next boss. Overall, quite a fun and cute little game.
This game is a lot of fun but omg the characters talk too much. Just beat the game and my thumb hurts.
