I've been periodically playing this game since it came out and I really like it. It isn't a particularly difficult rhythm game, I wouldn't compare it difficulty-wise to Rhythm Heaven (which was the series that inspired Tim to make this game), but it's not trivial. The music, personally, is excellent. I've seen some reviews criticize it for its changing tempo and, while it's that's true, I don't think strict reaction time is really how this game is meant to be played. It's a rhythm game. The goal is to learn the rhythm of the song and go with the flow. And this game succeeds in that regard. The songs are really catchy and once you've learned the rhythm it becomes quite fulfilling to play. You almost instinctively know when you click. Even the joke levels can be learned. Sure, it's a different rhythm, sometimes, let's say... "experimental." Each fish has a unique rhythmic timing that you must remember if you want to meet our standards. You can use either the left/right mouse button, the Space key, or the A key to input a STOP sign.
As you progress, the levels will get trickier. Fish will get faster. Time signatures will change. Your sense of rhythm will be put to the ultimate test.
