TLDR: This is definitely just Chinese shovelware, as such, I recommend for all who are trying to improve their social credit score in the glorious People's Republic of China. I recommend watching a Youtube video about this game if you're still interested, it looks like a Unity asset flip, plays like a unity asset flip, and preforms like a unity asset flip. Enough said The voice acting in this game is actually pretty funny, it sounds like they pulled random people off the street, told them to sound like anime characters, and fed them a script that was translated from Chinese to English by ChatGPT 1.0.

User Reviews
Feels like they abandoned the game not even half way through.
This game is fantastic. Its not perfect, not by any means, but it is a great game by a small dev team (from what I understand they started as a 6 person dev team). This is very much an 'inde title', perhaps one in which the devs reach exceeded their grasp in some areas. Overview - The game is quite unique in its gameplay. It uses a hybrid or first person looter shooter, with an almost survival game style looting and crafting mechanic, RTS mode for base management and Tower Defense battles with a customized base. The game has a fantastic amount of content. The core gameplay loop sees you craft a custom base, then enter a 'tour' consisting of a series of maps where you loot meta resources before doing a final tower defense mode where your base is attacked by waves of enemies. After completion you can use collected resources to craft new base modules and weapons, then you start the cycle over again. In doing so your base slowly grows and evolves as the game progressively becomes harder ...
so i recommend this game but the company that makes this is a dick so we cant upgrade from base copy you gotta but the premium copy out right to get the special issue content that's dick move bro but the games fun but the company that makes it is still a dick that's all
Dont waste your money on this half complete game that does nothing to explain any of the mechanics to you but also loves to punish you for playing it. This game is a hollow joke of what it promises. If the half baked gameplay mechanics dont get you, the absolute god awful script and voice acting should be the only red flag you need. I dont think I have ever seen a plot executed so poorly, the game is not even coherent in its story telling at times. For example, the first set of missions you get to exposes you to a new enemy type that looks like a cringey pale human robot thing, and so you fight these things a few times in random missions. Then you get a story mission to go to basically discover these things and your minds are blown, its just sad and makes me really regret wasting my money on this title. I guess this game is a shining example of how you should always watch gameplay on twitch or youtube before gambling on indie games like these...! Good luck on your purchases gamers. ...
ok, after playing this game i can say that i have being robbed or scammed call it what you want. the game doesnt feel very polished, it feels unfinished. the concept is what sold me tbh but the the actual game was not up to it. these devs dare put the game on a discount and ripp us off. i say that is cruel and i wont be buying anygames from you and i wont be advertising it to my friends online. as some might have pointed out, the game performs badly too. it is a great concept, it was excecuted badly tho. i feel like i have just threw money in this.
I enjoyed the game, was a bit of a grind but overall fun. Although i purchased the game under the assumption it would be finished and bugs resolved but it is abandoned at the time of writing this.
no
stay away from this game the lagg is awful you find items, but they just clip through the floor you recover materials from tanks, but you have no idea how much you will recover so you might lose energy for nothing there is no abort for recovering the same button for picking up is for recovering with energy the enemy is somehow able to enter a bunker and wait for you in "ambush". but unable to exit the bunker when you snipe it from just outside the bunker some things are not explained. you press the button and you hope that something good happens you can recover the materials from many tanks. but you can't transform that material in permanent turrets for your base. only in temporary turrets. after this mission, the turrets are gone you can find repair guns. miniguns. etc. too bad they are only on either easy maps or maps with literally 2 enemies. maybe on the next map, those items magically dissappear from your hand
Great game concept, couldn't come to full fruition because of a identity crises. So the developers stopped development of infinite siege to start working on a sequel. Outpost: Orbital Siege The gameplay loop now is you build a tower. Then play a rogue-lite gameplay mode to gather materials to upgrade your tower and repeat. There is some story but unfinished. There are a few maps with randomly selected patches so the there is some varition of poi's but you quickly learn them all. As of now it's a fun tower defends game that can become repetitive so don't expect to loose yourself the next few month into it. But I often start it up for an hour, maybe 2 and do some runs. So even with all it's flaws, if you don't see it as your forever game, I would recommend it.
