Holy Hell, where to begin. First of all, this game is VERY early in development and you can tell. That isn't a bad thing per say, every game has to start somewhere. The concept of Terafall is good, survival crafting with a business element. With 4* races to choose from, each with its own advantage, there is something for everybody. Combat is a bit rough, with the guns not having any animations other than some cartoony muzzle flash. Enemies clip through the environment in places, and have some strange animations to go with it. Now as you look through the reviews you'll see complaints like "NO CONTROLLER SUPPORT" and "LOOKS LIKE A PS2 GAME". The version is quite literally 0.1.0. It is as "Early" as Early Access can get. The game was fun for my short adventure. It was worth my $10 to see a solid game concept grow. If you don't like a PC game that doesn't have controller support, look elsewhere. If not, give it a shot.

Wow, Don't let the bad reviews fool ya...It is really bad! Opimisation-Zero Game play-Zero NPC interactions- Zero Developers intentions to use your purchase money to "Develop the Game" - ZERO ! Nice one guys, (dev's) you have yet again made it harder for genuine developers to get us to back them in early development.

Warning! This is a alpha stage 'early access' game with a too slow turn-around on dev-cycle. Bugs reported for 3+ months with no patches or updates. This is now a dead game.

I absolutely adore open world survival crafting survival games and I personally like playing early access games so I can see how they develop over time. But I know this kinda thing isn't for everyone so at this games current state I can't really recommend playing it. It has potential so I'd suggest keeping an eye on it but its not really playable right now. The crafting isn't particularly intuitive and the tutorial dives straight into making higher end extractors (rather than teaching the basics) which for me takes out some of the fun of working toward the more technological stuff. Collecting resources became pretty frustrating as the hit box for the trees and rocks kept shifting just before the harvesting animation and building was impossible since I couldn't seem to get anything to line up the way I wanted. I'll be keeping an eye on the development and will absolutely give it another go (and perhaps another review) after some updates.

I like the game itself, but at the moment it has some issues. In building, the walls do no always join and they are difficult to place with each other. The floor squares are smaller than the ceilings and will not lay evenly with each other-do not connect evenly, just like the walls. the stairs do not reach the ground, so you have to jump to access them and this will require to shut down build mode, jump and then reopen. The map markers take you to locations or mark locations where there is nothing there. First task is to go to map marker and mine for iron ore. I spent over an hour running all around that point and the map and found nothing. Cannot make cloth without cotton. I ran all over the place and there was no cotton anywhere, but there is a lot of other things you don't have a clue what to do with. The concept is going to be awesome when the glitches are fixed. I ran into a lake at night and suddenly I was in space and there were planets all underwater and I was stuck with ...

A lot better than the alpha I played so far, so it has potential if the devs stick to updating it at this rate. There's still some frame rate drop for about 2-3 seconds when entering a new area which is mildly annoying, so hopefully it will be fixed. edit: the lag delay seemed to sort itself out after a while of the game being running, so maybe it was just loading some stuff up on start. The game just needs to add the female versions of the other non-human races now so I can play as a secksi alien waifu.

This game is still early in development and that doesn't bother me one bit. It allows for constructive criticism and new ideas to be implemented into the game. That being said, I would recommend this game if you don't mind the issues that come with Alpha/Early Access bugs. I will have a much more thorough review once I have a significant amount more of gaming time. I'm very excited for the roadmap of the game. This has great potential.
