About This Game

The rain curtain shrouded the Lotus Land and also concealed the surging undercurrents.
This mysterious event has put the entire Lotus Land in a predicament.
Many people try to solve the problem but never achieve results.
In the Hakugyokurou, the two people waiting quietly also fell into worry.
One day, Yuyuko disappeared from the Hakugyokurou, and the gardener Konpaku Youmu also encountered a strange event.
So she embarked on a journey to search for Youyou and investigate the mutation.

I don't know any Chinese, and my Japanese is really bad. So I can't tell much what's going on, other than seeing the familiar characters, the backgrounds, and sometimes being able to parse out Chinese characters that look like the hanzi equivalents of kanji I remembered learning. I wanted to get that out of the way, cause I could see that getting in the way of enjoyment for people who don't speak Chinese. Nonetheless, I decided to buy the game cause it was cheap, and I like the minimalistic black and white art style. Also, I love all things Touhou and Konpaku Youmu is a really cool girl. It's kinda hard at first trying to guess how to do things, but over time I've been able to stumble upon different skills, techniques and learning how to navigate. I've even been able to beat the first boss after some trial and error. Of course I'd presume a lot of this hardship is cause of the language barrier, so I don't think it's a fault to the game. And I actually find it kinda fun like puzzle ...
