Honestly was cautious buying this given the poor reviews and the news about the CEO etc leaving the game (something about a difference in opinion regarding how the profits would be distributed post release - nothing to do with the quality of the game). If you liked This War of Mine or Frostpunk (or any others in this vein) it will scratch that itch very well. It is historically accurate, stressful and really does a great job of making you agonise trying to save as many as possible against very limited resources and external pressures (god why do the soldiers beg for their lives when you choose not to save them :( ) I have only encountered 1 very minor bug - no issues with ambulances stacking "bug" up as I have enough medics staffed?

Nice game even though it can become a waiting game by the end. A few bugs with ambulances getting stuck and some achievement not unlocking. Worth it on sale !

Nice casual game-play, some depth with several upgrades to build and resources to manage. The graphics are reasonable and capture the mood of the game effectively. It also treats the subject matter with all due gravity. All in all a very decent game.

Pretty good game if you like the setting. You manage a WW I hospital and decide about treatments, upgrades, scouting and if soldiers should return to the frontline or not. Each patient has a background story, some are VIP. Takes around 30 hours to finish, replay value is limited and achievements are buggy.

Just like theme hospital of old, but with darker theme

Just finished the game and I enjoyed it. No game-breaking bugs. I had one medic crew get stuck once, reload and all fixed.
