About the Game

Play with up to two players or AI as you battle through four campaigns to explore the mystery of a new planet, LV-895. Discover what hides in the ruins and caves beneath in this third-person survival shooter set in the Aliens universe.

Build your fireteam focusing on class composition, consumables, and weapons to take down Xenomorphs, beat Challenge Card runs, or play various game modes with friends.

Blast through hordes of Xenomorphs, evade deadly Prowlers and Spitters, and set up defensive positions to stay alive long enough to get your fireteam to safety.

Build your Marine the way you want. Level up in each of 7 unique classes or be a master of one. Choose your weapon – everything from magnums and SMGs to rocket launchers – and use over 130 unique perks to create the build of your choice.

Level your character through 7 Class Kits, each with two unique abilities to use in combat and unlockable perks. Max out a variety of weapons, powering them up in stats the more you use them.

This game is only really worth getting on very heavy discount for Aliens fans, but definitely not worth the full asking price. This is a competent team based cover shooter but it unfortunately has a lot holding it back from actually being anything but just OK for these main reasons : 1) Disney Aliens its all very PG-13 : There's no gore, no chestbursting, no facehugging, no secondary jaw skull punching, no acid burning or naughty alien snake willy oral intercourse, or even just a little barbed tail penetration. Its very tame and safe and the Aliens just swipe at you like angry cats, jump on you like a horny girlfriend or pick you up and hold you in the air like a toddler with a poopy nappy. When you are downed you just crawl around waiting to be revived whilst the Aliens run around ignoring you, its just very bland and safe and not the vibe you expect at all when confronted with the Xenomorphs from the movies. 2) Its very repetitive There are just 12 missions in the base game wi...

I want to like this game, but due to a strange reason of not being able to connect with my partner in a party and play together.

Bit of a disappointment, not a bad game, but there's much better. And the story is really, really bad.

A very mediocre game. It's L4D with Xenos, just without interesting characters, humor, replay value, or varied objectives. The gameplay is basically this: you go through tunnels, shooting down wave after wave of the same five enemy types (the waves spawn about every two minutes), and at some point the game announces, "You did it. Now do it 10 more times." Seriously, a few more enemy types appear in later missions, but overall, by the time you've completed the first mission, you've seen everything the game has to offer.

This game deserves the "Mixed" review rating. There are times where I've had a lot of fun playing this game, and other times where I question why things are the way that they are in 2025. The game had the potential to be great, but ended up being less than mediocre. There are two absolutely unforgivable things about this game that the devs did. 1. The matchmaking system. - Absolute terrible. People get host who should never host a game, like ever. There's no server list when there should be one, there should be one with listed pings and difficulties, map, etc. There's no way to match on harder difficulties with players that are competent. Every time you complete a mission, you can't even leave the end screen until your random teammates confirm to leave, every time you try to leave whatever random squad you are on after a completed mission, it'll tell you you've been kicked from the game even though you left willingly, and at times crashes when trying to load out. So this is where w...

Quite a decent “L4D clone” with interesting and varied leveling, excellent optimization and good gamepad controls. On the downside - boring campaigns and mediocre health balance of opponents As well as any similar games Aliens: Fireteam Elite is revealed in co-op on maximum difficulty. If you've played the game several times and you're ready to run further, increasing the difficulty and trying new variants of upgrading, then you won't notice how you've spent 100, 200, and 300 hours in the game - in this case the rating of someone from the Internet doesn't matter, because you've been hooked enough already Can Fireteam Elite be that addictive? It can - play it

I came back to play this four years later after the release of alien earth, with synths you can do the first two difficulties and if you have a good kit, you could definitely squeeze by in the third difficulty. The challenge cards you get can make for some interesting runs. My only wish is that they come back and make another fireteam game.

Such a good game, i had it in my library for ages never really giving a proper go, then me and some mates started playing it and I am so glad i did. Great graphics, Very immersive and feel very much like the film Aliens. Great co-op play as well.

It's a fun shoot-em-up game that adds to the dynamic of the Aliens franchise. The lore is accurate and the graphics are good. It could have more game modes and campaigns, however, it's worth a couple rounds of fun periodically. I recommend buying when it's on sale rather than full price so you get the best bang for your buck.
