Honestly, I’m really happy with this game. I didn’t run into any bugs, and everything worked smoothly for me. The atmosphere of Vice City is just amazing – the streets, the music, the vibe, it all feels so alive. I got completely hooked. Sometimes I just drive around listening to the soundtrack, and it feels like I’m reliving the old days, only with a nicer look. Maybe it’s not perfect, but for me it’s pure fun and nostalgia in one package. My score: 10/10 – pure vibe, pure nostalgia.

--- ## **GTA: Vice City – The Definitive Edition** **A Warm Corner in Millions of Hearts… But “Definitive”? Not Quite.** If you’ve ever cruised down Ocean Beach at night with *Crockett’s Theme* playing, you already know why *Vice City* has a place in my heart. And I’m not alone. Since its original release in 2002, millions of players have been drawn into its pastel sunsets, legendary soundtrack, and the unforgettable rise of Tommy Vercetti. This wasn’t just another game – it was a cultural event. Over **500,000 copies** sold on its first day, **1.4 million in two days**, and by 2008 it had passed **17.5 million units** worldwide. *Vice City* didn’t just sell – it **cemented Rockstar’s place in gaming history**, shaping the open-world genre and paving the way for *San Andreas*, *GTA IV*, *GTA V*, and beyond. --- ### **What’s Good in the Definitive Edition** * **Steam Achievements at last** – A must-have in today’s gaming world. They add replay value,...

Vice City: Definitive Edition is like visiting Miami in the ‘80s—neon lights, pastel suits, and synth music blasting—except someone slapped a glossy Instagram filter on everything and occasionally forgot how human faces are supposed to look. You play as Tommy Vercetti, a walking Hawaiian shirt with a temper, climbing the criminal ladder while casually quoting Scarface and committing enough felonies to qualify for his own Netflix documentary. The vibe? Absolutely unmatched. The soundtrack alone is worth the price of admission—nothing beats cruising the strip at sunset while “Billie Jean” blasts through the speakers. The remaster? Mixed bag. On one hand, you’ve got smoother controls, GPS markers, and the joy of not wrestling with 20-year-old mechanics. On the other hand, you’ve got shiny but weird character models, rain that looks like someone dumped milk on your screen, and bugs that make Vice City feel like it’s haunted by unfinished code. But underneath the jank, ...
"Vice City hasn’t aged. It just wears better-pressed suits now"

⫷ ᴠɪꜱᴜᴀʟꜱ ⫸
Vice City was always an exaggerated memory. Oversaturated colors, impossible sunsets, cars that shined brighter than the people driving them. Now, with this edition, all of that feels more real… without losing the unreal. Yes, there’s more detail, more reflections, more definition. But the important thing is that it still looks like a lying postcard. And that was the point, wasn’t it? The art lies in keeping the illusion. And Vice City still sells its own like no one else. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3556767706&fileuploadsuccess=1
⫷ ɢᴀᴍᴇᴘʟᴀʏ ⫸
Don’t expect modern mechanics. Vice City plays like what it is: a 20-year-old game with just enough fixes not to break it. Weapons respond better. Cars don’t slide like soap. And the pace… stays the same: fast when you want chaos, slow...

It’s definitively a worthwhile remaster with all of its patches. Just wish it came with more options or Vice City Stories as a bonus.
