first 20 mins in the game I lost everything, so for the next 3 hours I went fishing and just ignore stocks market and debts

BUY LOW SELL HIGH, LINE GOES UP, BIG GREEN NUMBERS, RRAHHHHHHH. Jokes aside, this game is very addictive, a very simplified version of the financial world but still fun, also although it said free mode I think the devs actually added some historical event/data into it as well because there is a bubble burst event in 1990 which actually happened irl, kinda neat. I have one feature that I hope will be added in the future and that is bonds, government/private sector bonds would be great, on how the devs gonna implement it I'll leave it up to them, also please buff rent cost, in game my house got burned and I ended up renting a house and goddamn the rent cost is so expensive like 10k yen/day expensive. Oh and also a SELL ALL feature would be great, I have like 600K shares at some point and it took me a whole year to sell all of them, as well as SORT and FILTER function in exchange would be amazing too.
How to be rich : > Buy drug share > Liquidate all before the police > Build company > Resign from CEO > Sell all of the shares once the dividend drops > Build new one > Repeat I wish real world be that easy
I've played this game for over 110 hours. It's pretty good for early access and for what it is. I wished this game would turn into a relationship sim where you can have a best friend, fiance, girlfriend, etc.. I saw a gift system was implemented but it doesn't really work as of this review. Which was a bummer. I like the idea of sabotaging companies via project investments. I wish new IPO's wouldn't auto spawn when below a certain thresh-hold, It could be solved by just having 1 giant stock market. I disliked that there were IP's in the game I was unable to compete against or see in my market but know that they exist which also hurt even more when I could invest in there project. I wish there was an expansion to these secret orders like the Radiant Light or Yakuza. Like investing into the police to take down the Yakuza or becoming the leader of the Radiant Light or becoming and influential figure in the crime world. A few things I hope get fixed is horse-racing exploitation. ...
Stonks 9800 is the best stock market simulator I’ve played. It strikes a great balance between gamifying wealth accumulation and staying true to the feel of an actual stock market simulator. Between the main gameplay, fun minigames, relationship management, and even creating your own company, there’s a ton of variety and it’s only getting better with every update. The aesthetic is also really nice and different compared to it's peers. I highly recommend giving this game a try.
Really enjoying, BUT the poker minigame has a ton of bugs / mistakes in logic. Calling with big blind will make you spend more, if you all-in with the highest stack, you still will lose everything on a loss, etc... Love poker and there are nice rewards, so I hope they fix this soon.
i paid some dude 200k just to receive horrible financial advice. very realistic. 10/10. update: i now have 200 million+ yen in my account, thank you stonks game, you have made me a very rich man 2nd update: i have around 8 billion+ yen now, a really cool brand new 30+ million yen car, a few properties of varying value, my own company, and yeah, pretty much living the life off good investments. having the loyal bro perk helps, since i always get calls about which companies will go up or down. the fortune teller one which gives you fortunes about your investments and which ones will pay off or how you should take a risk or whatever is also a good perk to have; especially when the fortune is "your wealth will grow like bamboo in the coming months," to me that usually just means to hold onto my stocks and keep doing what i'm doing lol. the one thing i forget to watch all the time is my stress. my stress sometimes goes up a lot and i forget and then boom, i gotta see the doctor about my ...
Amazing game, the music was so baller I grabbed my guitar on the spot and jammed along.
Did not expect to get as addicted to this as I did. Had 2 crashes but didn't lose too much progress despite not saving manually very often (bug reports sent). I'm never gonna get the pachinko achievements :(
This game is shockingly, frighteningly deep in terms of its number of mechanics and the ways it slowly unravels them to you. I am in awe of the fact that it's not even finished. I cannot wait to see the final, final product when it is finally done.
