Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle is a gritty and atmospheric survival horror game that aims to recapture the essence of classic ‘90s horror titles while offering a modernized prequel to Daymare: 1998. Set within the confines of a mysterious military research facility deep beneath the Nevada desert, the game drops players into the role of Dalila Reyes, a former government agent turned H.A.D.E.S. operative. Reyes is part of an elite response team sent into the facility after it abruptly goes dark, and from the outset, the game sets an eerie tone built on isolation, mystery, and mounting dread. The game itself is good.. 7\10.. but its too different from the first chapter in every way possibile.. expecially the gameplay.. this makes it inferior absoluterly to daymare 1998.. Still the story i very good written, many plot twists and some big Lovecraft elemnts not absolutely espected

[h1]Pros:[/h1] + [b]Incredibly Talented Art Team, Especially Environments[/b]: If there’s one thing I think this team has down, it is prop and environment art. And this is no small achievement, because I feel like an art background this solid is difficult to come by. Environments are interesting and feel believable, with really solid prop detail scattered around each room. I especially enjoyed the computer screens and posters, as well as certain areas like the underground city. + [b]Has all the Decorations of a Resident Evil Title[/b]: A “limited” inventory, puzzles, inspection of key items that allow you to open and examine them in detail. There’s some decent puzzle complexity, even, although the time limit and the low difficulty of most of the puzzles could definitely be improved. And with a bunch of optional aliens to pursue, bonus unlockable cheats and difficulty modes, and collectibles to unlock, you could easily get quite a bit of playtime out of the game. + [b]Getting...
