I love Digimon, but I'm disappointed in this game.

Can't to not loving every digimon game, I love this digimon life sim series , the only cons is why the character moving so slow, wild digimon always almost catch up wwww before you can buy stealth.

If you enjoyed the first Digimon World on the Playstation then this is a must.

the digievoltions system is pretty kool

Pretty good but grindy. Definitely not a game i'll myself finish in one go. Probs will return to it. But this is basically like the first Digimon World. The original Digimon Pet meets a videogame. For fans of that approach definitely interesting and worth it. Tons of Digimon and some interesting systems. Upgrading settlements and leveling/customizing the powers of Tamer & Pets are also mechanics. Combat is mostly autoplay. The story is the very definition of okay. And the number of area's seems pretty limited. Feels like the game needs a more modern big budget version to really reach peak. Still definitely worth it for fans of the original Digimon World, Digimon Pet games from back in the day and hardcore Digimon fans. A tolerance of grinding is a must. Also persist early on as it takes a bit to have things 'click'.

This is what i want from my digimon games. I have such good memories playing digimon world 1 and this game brings them all back. such a great game in the digimon series
