Came here from Jacob Geller's channel and was very pleased. It's definitely worth playing.

This is a "game" much in the same way a walking simulator or a VN is, so just fair warning. I am currently on Day 4 and will update again when I get to Day 7. I will not spoil specifics. The "game" is best experienced as intended: do each day without changing clocks or anything. Do Day 1, and then do Day 2 the following day when it unlocks. Complete all exercises with honest intent, to include the writing prompts and meditation exercises. There is a narrative and character and background amidst what feels like real mindfulness concepts. The blend between the real and fictional is intriguing and keeps me coming back each day. The layout of the exercises feels intended, with the motivational video leading into the discussions/lectures by KARE, then a meditation/breathing exercises that inevitably lead you to ruminating about what KARE just talked about, a writing prompt that sometimes gives you pause about wanting to be completely truthful, and a final checklist of items that you'r...

I also watched the Jacob Gellar video. I was hesitant to buy this game as it didn't look like it was up my alley. And to be honest, I didn't really get anything from this. I think the video essay said it all ... maybe too much. There just really isn't much here. There's better meditation apps and there's better VNs. Not sure what this game / app was aiming for. Jacob Gellar did make it sound more interesting than it actually was. [b]Rate 4/10. It was a nice attempt, but I just don't think it stuck the landing.[/b]

A completely unique experience and potentially a catalyst for major life change. Go in with an open mind and be prepared to look deeply inward

This game is a singular experience. For seven days I jumped in and took part in the reflections, the meditations and the daily rituals while the story quietly unfolded from session to session. It was moving and disquieting, a genuine pause in the day to sit in a moment of pure breath and thought. I don't know who I'd recommend it to, who it's really for, other than myself, so if you find yourself in need of a unique moment of peaceful concern for your own mental health in your day-to-day life for a little while, then maybe you'll get the same thing out of this that I did.

Beautiful game that calls for a great deal of self-reflection. Absolutely a worthwhile experience. Will be thinking about this for some time. Also, I love the dancing leaf lady. 🍃

Jacob Geller sent me. I was expecting a critique on the self-care industry and toxic productivity (and it does deliver that critique very thoughtfully) but I was happily surprised when I actually felt better after playing this. On multiple days, the journaling actually moved me to tears. I'd really recommend playing this for a very rich experience.
