PRIM

This game is wonderful, i spent 11hrs total on it (played to completion). It's art style is beautifully unique; dark and gloomy, but somehow bright in the way the characters and surroundings are drawn (despite it being in black and white). I really enjoyed the challenges it posed, its humour and the story overall. It somehow (for a game all about death and the underworld) manages to be not at all depressing and mostly very wholesome! I really appreciated the use of Greek mythology within this. The only thing i found myself wishing about this game, is that there was a sequel!

If you are like me and really enjoy games like Fran Bow and Little Misfortune you should definitely check this game out. The story is extremly well writen even tho its definitely a puzzle game and not a story game. You play as a sixteen year old girl who recently lost her mom and finds out her dad is death itself. He brings you to the underworld and you go through puzzles to try and escape and get back home.

Fairly short for a Point&Click. That's not a bad thing though. The puzzles aren't too cryptic. I was able to figure everything out by myself (which is rare). I especially liked that certain challenges can be made easier by solving additional puzzles or they can just be brute forced by trial and error. Overall very nice. End was a bit abrupt but I think the developer is planning a sequel.
