Great art, nice soundtrack. All the different palettes you can unlock are great, you just want to go for another run every time. Plus all the events at each location randomly showing up makes each run unique. Making ludicrous amounts of money from an illegal cheese trade is the most hilarious and entertaining thing 10/10 It doesn't get any cheddar than this!

About This Game
Play as a Cheese Runner, an underground trader of illicit cheese. Try to survive the gritty dystopia of a world gone mad. After a mysterious virus eliminates most of the livestock on earth, humanity is crushed under the boot of corporate control. Providing synthetic foods corporations now control the very ability to live for most of humanity. Against this oppressive corporate control and violent police state a small segment of the population fight back. With the food labs unable to synthesize casein a core component of milk critical to cheese making, the much loved food has become banned under the guise of public safety. The brave ranchers of Underground raise cowntraband to produce this precious substance, but its up to Cheese Runners to distribute it.
You've taken out a loan to get your start in the smuggling business. You've got 30 days to make good on the load or its the grinder for you. Can you evade the killbots and sniffcopters searching out cowntraband? Do you have the gonads to deal the gorgonzola? Its time to get rich (and tasty) or die trying.

Stumbled on this in the steam queue. Turns out its exactly my kind of game.
Nice art, theme, music and writing. The game play is fun as well, try and buy cheese low and sell high across different locations all whilst dealing with occasional random events between locations and paying off the loan shark. Push F11 for full screen, would be nice to have a full screen option in game and maybe a global leader board.
Sometimes, I dream of cheese. Great music, colourful aesthetics, witty writing. The gameplay is an interesting idea, but it could some quality things like showing the average price you paid for cheese you have - sometimes I forgot what I paid for, so I have no idea when selling if I made a profit or not! Or even during the game displaying the possible range of cheese prices (and each type has quite a wide range!). Overall though, an interesting experience. Well worth the $3!
Love the retro aesthetic! Great art, music and writing. Cheese is a very lucrative business.
Learn what the prices can reach, buy at the low-end and sell at the high end. At some point, you'll end up getting lucky, whatever you're carrying you brought low is really wanted so the prices are really high. And if you're especially lucky, that'll happen with Gorgonzola.
Well I'll be damned if I didn't thoroughly enjoy exchanging an hour of potential sleep for an hour of fictional, high-stakes cheese trading. Good fun and great choice in aesthetics for the gameplay, I'm loving all the different palettes and will be going back for more achievements. If I had any recommendations or requests, I would ask for the ability to cancel out of the Jetting menu, as sometimes my fingers got the best of me and I would hit that by mistake. Or, if there's already a way to do that, making it a little more clear would also be great. Also I'm determined to get 'Cheese' added as an official tag for this game, please take a second to add that if you make this wise purchase.
It's the dystopian future, in a neon-washed killbot-infested city. The desperate citizens need something only you can provide- cheese. The ASCII art and story are a pretty fantastic backdrop for a simple little game about buying and selling cheese to get the highest score you can in each roughly 30-minute game. And for $3 it's a nice deal. I'd recommend it.
The main issue with the game, is that it's short. Yes short. By the time I figured out how to play, the run was over. It's fun, but it's a highscore kind of game, not something you'll come back to otherwise. In many games, there is a notion of beating the game, which is kind of trivial here. It's really only about the score.
Mandatory purchase at the pricetag of $3.39. At the bare minimum you get a great soundtrack.
