What an interesting little game. I certainly didn't expect the story to go this way... Nor even the lessons hidden within, which speak the truth and only the truth. While it's short, the amount of artwork is anything but. It almost feels like there was an artwork for... Well... Everything. The game doesn't need a guide. It IS choice based, however, if you FAIL -> You will definitely know... XD There are also battle mini games and yes, this is an Adult game... Which was used for a purpose and just fun. While there might be a sad story or two in here... The game knows how to party. I am definitely reading part two. :D Thank yous!!! :> :3

This is a short, sureal adult visual novel with fantasy/mythic elements. The tone and texture of the game was wild, sort of dream like, which was no doubt the creators goal. A bit crazy too. The combats and choice elements seemed to work well enough despite there being a few false paths that were just dead ends. The adult content, what was there, seemed good enough, done in the same style as the rest of the game. In the end, it maybe was just a bit to short, but how it was used....to build a sort of midsummer night's dreamisk visual novel mixed with halucagens. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't great, but it was entertaining, so I'd recommend it for those that like adult/fantasy games. I hope the creator does more similiar projects that are perhaps a bit longer.

Symphony of Delights is part of a series made by the same developer. This is the 1st game in the series and, although it feels a bit rough around the edges, it is the natural starting point. Playing it I felt kind of like I was watching an episode from a series and should've known more about the world and its characters, but accepting that not all of my questions will be answered in this game was easy and let me enjoy the mysteries, learning more alongside the game's characters. In my personal opinion, the "Delights" series by Enygmage has three big hooks to pull you in. Its art style, at least in my experience, is unique, and I really appreciate the time and effort necessary to create every image we see in the game, of which there are quite a few. Next are the charming characters, both brave and playful so the art can showcase them in all their beauty. And third but certainly not least, the world of dreams and how it fits together into the big picture, I must say looking at humans ...

So this is a series, Symphony of Delights, Castle of Delights, and Dungeon of Delights. All three games have the same amazing art style that is definitely the reason you buy these games. They're also all cheaply priced and very short so they are very easy to pick up and play. I will say in my opinion, Dungeon is the best of the three, as it's clear that the dev is more experienced. The games all follow the same characters, Elylah and Vulpes. The have similar plots and the world is the same. Weirdly all three games share save files. You cannot play all three games at once, you have to individually start and end them. But the save files for all three will appear. Each game seems to be a loose continuation of the last. More like, a series of adventures that the same characters go on. The games are fun enough, and beautiful to look at. I'd love to see an edition where they are all just one game, or maybe for the fourth installment, just make it longer than half an hour. all in all the...

Symphony of Delights takes place in the world of dreams where Elylah and Vulpes try to find out why dreamers aren't staying long and instead are quickly returning back to the realm of reality. The story itself is quite short and it can be a little bit cryptic to figure out, but really what you're getting here is some really nice artwork. Almost all the sprites and scenes have some form of animation and its clear there was a lot of effort put into it. The music is nice as well. There are probably a bit too many bad endings, though thankfully the game will automatically restore you to the point prior to whatever decision mistake cost you Elylah's life. There's no gallery so be sure to take screenshots as you want them, though its not the end of the world if you miss anything since you can scroll backward, the game is really short, and has a skip option. Also, for some reason, 9 of the 10 achievements unlocked the very first time I started the game (perhaps its because I played the seq...
