Game gives you a crowbar but to hit anything you have to be in headbutting range! Not that far into the game yet but this is already proving very annoying, i will update this if the game feels any better deeper in. Edit: I take it back, headbutting range tells you there is a range but now if feels like rolling a D50 where you only hit if you get a 1. I love this style of game but this is hot garbage! don't buy this if you value your money. Edit 2: A review like this means nothing if i don't finish the game so thats just what it did. the trick to killing the monsters is to just let your mouse reset to the center of the screen and spam click. don't try to aim at them just let the curser move itself to the center of the screen... I still don't recommend this game but if you do play it just don't hit ESC as that takes you back to your last save and tabing out breaks the map and point counter.

This game is great! The combat system, torch mechanics, traps, potions and enemies make the overall experience both thrilling and enjoyable. My played time is ~1.2hr, which is how long it took me to beat the game. That's over several attempts. In reality, an experienced player could likely beat this game in 15 minutes or less.
There are only two levels for this whole game.
The developer should really consider doubling or tripling the number of areas to explore. If not entire new levels, maybe smaller off shoots from main areas? In this regard, this game would benefit lots from Steam Workshop support. I would also like to see a slight increase in visible light radius and more weapons (the entire time I've only seen a crowbar). A way to exit the game beyond ALT+F4 or force closing would also be nice. That said, I still think this game deserves a positive review -- just don't buy this thinking you're getting a huge world to explore. In the video below, I complete the...

I really wanted to enjoy this game, but in its current state, it’s not worth the price. Really hope the developer continues to work on it and patch out all the nasty bugs.

A neat atmospheric little dungeon crawler. The lighting aesthetic and music work well together to build kind of a pseudo-retro RPG tone. Combat isn't really a system with enemies to defeat, enemies are more just obstacles that block off certain pathways until you defeat them. It takes about an hour to escape the dungeon, you'll have to traverse the map and locate a few keys/items you need to pass certain gateways. It's less of a puzzle game and seems more like a cool vibe to experience. I hope more indie devs do stuff like this in the future.

Didn't enjoy it. The game is very cryptic and very rough. Hits some time register, sometimes not. Sound design and music could be way, way, way better. ux and ui experience is also not good.

It looks nice but the gameplay is mind-numbingly boring. The fights are not enjoyable. Music is repetitive too. Also it doesn't scream "quality" from a few minor bugs (like trying to keep your cursor in the middle of the screen after you start the game and the fact that you move much faster diagonally). If you want to support indie devs and like the graphics style, get it. Otherwise I wouldn't.
