One small village of indomitable Gauls still holds out against the invaders.

Everything is falling apart! Our two heroes will travel all around the world to fight the Roman Empire in a 2D horizontal scrolling Beat Them Up game, completely hand-drawn and made in the purest tradition of the genre.

Enemies and wild boars will have to be cautious! Asterix and Obelix are back… And it's going to be another great fight!

Slap thousands of Romans away with a wide range of moves and unique combos to each character!
The Adventure mode chapters are based on existing Asterix & Obelix albums. The game also features an exclusive chapter that was created specifically for the game.

For all fans of the original Asterix & Obelix series, this game is PERFECT! Graphics are amazing, voice acting sounds authentic (even in French), and the funny story during cut scenes is directly drawn from the best-selling comic books while guiding us through our own adventure in this historical setting!! A mix between Beat them-up and Platformer, the game gives us the opportunity to play many missions as any of the two favorite characters of our childhood, in which we can feast in the guilty pleasure of smacking Roman legionaries out of their sandals, and chase wild boars...among many other things. Sure the battles can become somewhat repetitive, but at the same time they are also not that easy at all, especially the Bosses if played on 'normal' or harder. This, combined with the fact that they all happen in different settings reminiscent of the classic movies, and the genuine fun to be right in the action of those famous battles ourselves and take down ( [spoiler]or high-up in the...
