About This Game

You are the captain of a mining ship watching your home world being destroyed by a large asteroid. Your only hope is to gather resources, create new technologies and set off on a long journey into the deep space to search for a new home.

Features
  • Resource mining: Mine asteroids to gather common and rare resources. Find the rare specimens and upgrade your ship.
  • Ship management: Manage your crew and ship modules to ensure long term crew survival. You have tree main systems. Fuel, energy and life support. If anyone of them drops to zero, your are in a big trouble.
  • Galaxy exploration: Travel across the galaxy, explore the star systems, find and research new technologies and avoid danger.
  • Zero gravity simulation handling: In a space there is no drag and no gravity so flying is dangerous and difficult, it will take some practice to master.
  • Local multiplayer: Match your piloting skills with your friends playing on one computer using gamepads in tree multiplayer modes. Free for all, deathmatch or team deathmatch and race.

I'm afraid I can't recommend this game yet. The controls are maddening (for instance it's impossible to safely fly fast, but if you fly too slow and close, the landing gear deployment itself will push you away from your landing target) and the spinning graphics gave me severe motion sickness in a very short amount of time. I'm not prone to motion sickness from games so this was quite surprising! I can see there are many mechanics that might interest me later on (though there are also many spelling errors and rough edges that make me wonder how well the later mechanics might be implemented), but if I can't access them because the controls are too difficult to use and the graphics make me physically ill, I'll never know. I'll be happy to revisit this review if the game improves on these points someday.

Not bad, just needs some fine tuning. Discussion below is why I support this Developer. https://steamcommunity.com/app/1491980/discussions/1/3106892784338239712/

i have play almost 2 hours on easy and trying to mine enough to get basic starting stuff, i think it will be around 40 hours before you can get FTL or get started, the ship need to be easier to land and there is a item you can build to get this, but to get it you need to use a hour of mining, also the ship in the start use so much stuff over time, that you can't get enough to also build stuff TL;DR this game is RL days of trying to land on asteroid and mine.

I am not physically capable of landing on an asteroid with the arbitrary difficulty of not being able to thrust myself 'downward' towards it, Not only have I crashed into it, I have fully stopped momentum hovering like an inch away from the surface.

Hate everything about this one. I've only tried it twice, but it all seems so very obtuse. Information is vague, and the controls awkward and difficult. And the one time I actually managed to get both pieces of landing gear to touch down, which was apparently the goal, nothing happened. Avoid at all costs. A nightmare masquerading as a game.

Simple game from the outside but has alot of depth inside. At first it seems its just simple 2D space game but with alot of places to explore and many new technologies to find, it soon consumes alot of your time and gives back tons of enjoyment. While having simple graphics it looks good and has nice effects and really good music and on top of that one dedicated developer who keeps taking community feedback and implementing them really fast. All that it makes this game a bargain and easy to recommend!

Boring and frustrating. Progression practically impossible, and, where possible, tedious

Relaxing and fun.

I really wanted to like this game it does have its down sides, the landing are not fun and is very frustrating but like the idea credit to the devs, just giving constructive criticism. The landings need balancing instead of the landing gears deploying and hitting the ground, maybe have the tutorial explain abit better on the game-play mechanics also this game. The game needs some polishing but concept can get abit dizzy playing lol
