While ‘Lost in Abyss’ is mostly in Japanese it is still a pretty good horror adventure with some nice sets and a few good scary animations. While I didn’t get the storyline at all nor are there any real clues on what to do I did manage to get through it in the end. While mostly dark all the time (like every other horror game) what you can see looks OK, especially the creepy pin dolls hanging around everywhere. While it is a little short on content horror fans will love it. there are a few puzzles to solve, some jump scares and a few other surprises. Pricy yes, but worth a go if you can grab it in a sale.

Just a bad game overall. Overselled trailers that have even parts of the game, that are not in the game, actually. Feels like a Unity game, that last moment was switched to be a VR game, cause of a lot of elements of Vr seem rushed (clips in textures, interactivity, buggy menus, walk blocking, instances that will never work for VR) 86m of gameplay that was full bad. I don't care about graphics in games, but for people that care: All the screenshots and videos on the store page are prerendered. Without VR, just another trashy Unity horror.
Positive: a surprising neat little horror experience, with dense atmosphere and the fact that the little lantern that you carry only illuminates a little part of that world at all times becomes a part of that neat experince, also the fact that movement is only possible in a slow pace. It is more or less like walking in the dark even so you carry that light, but you can orientate by the few sources of dim lit candles or lamps in the house, it all makes sense. And in stead of cruel bloody splatter horror you get suttle horror vibes and a pretty cool time here. Graphics are fine, textures are good. Negative: bad translations, also some sound issues, and the voice-overs are too loud. Get it on sale if you can.
The game makes me feel overall kinda mixed, but overall it's still worth it. I got bugged the first time into the game at the menu...............it was awkward for my first impression though. The music was actually interesting, quite enjoyed it really as it really builds up the good atmosphere, and it really matches with the story line and settings. The textures on VR isn't that impressive, but due to the fact it's VR which cant run something better. The atmosphere is nice with lots of stuff to smash and do whatever you can think of. I feel like the doll part is really nicely which isn't too aggressive like usual horror games but could still give me goosebumps:C The price a little bit over, I don't know if it's because of the fact with VR or something else. I think getting this game on a sale will be kinda better :3
Wow, cool! A really great game, an intriguing story, looks like the story plot is very complicated. I like the exquisite graphics, make you feel that is a real world. Also, I like the music, few game music is piano music, this one is perfect match the story line.
