I like the idea of a realtively simple interactive Christmas scene for the holidays -- which is what led me to search for one, and I found this. It _looked_ relatively nice, but in practise this plays like someone's first attempt at an interactive UnrealEngine 4 scene. No control settings, so you can't invert the mouse Y (annoying) and there's just some weirdness about it, like the way shadows move in a pronounced fashion on the wall with no obvious source, the way you can pick things up but they don't rotate smoothly when you move the mouse, or the way your character seems to constantly sway like she's already drunk on nog. There's little interactivity --you can turn floor lamps on and off (but not ceiling lights), and pick up presents and cookies and rotate them around, and that's about it. I didn't really expect much interactivity, but what there is is not worth doing because of the odd way it's handled. This might be worth revisiting if the author decides to update with some ...
Yup, its literally just one really small room with the Christmas atmosphere. You can glitch the game to pick up and hold every item at once though.
I'll admit i contemplated this purchase based off of the comments but ultimately as a content creator i chose to buy it so i could use it to wish my community a merry christmas lol I might get hit with copyright though due to the music so who knows. we'll see when i post it . Anyways for the average player ... yah there's no gameplay. What u see in the trailer is what u get . It basically serves the same purpose that the fireplace channel on TV serves :) Good for looks and good music. That's about it. I might run it while i cook christmas dinner lol It was only $1 so i don't see too much damage done here.
The concept of the game is good, but literally there's NO content but a drunk lady walking around a room decorated with Christmas ornaments. And the snowy external background space is unnecessarily wide, so it takes up a lot of hard disk space. It's like the first sloppy work by an amateur Unreal Engine creator. As you know, there are a lot of Christmas themed games on Steam using Unreal Engine. I'd rather recommend playing those games than this one.
