This is a fantastic game whose only flaw is that it was made by 10 polish people in a basement with a budget equivalent to one Diablo 4 cash shop skin. And I mean absolutely no offense with that statement as they did an amazing job. Yes there are places where the graphics look like they come straight from vanilla WoW, yes I ended my playthrough with my journal displaying one failed quest that I had in fact succeeded at by doing the objectives in the "wrong" order, yes there is a number of side stories and bits of content that look like they would be expanded upon but are left hanging and yes, Act 3 is clearly unpolished and of lower quality compared to the first two acts, both visually and in the writing. But even with all that jank the gameplay and character progression are solid (although the game becomes very easy pretty quickly even on max difficulty), the main story and the majority of the side stories are well-written and interesting, the artistic direction is great and ma...

Awesome RPG with nontrivial fights and good lore. It's almost souls-like but with saves on demand and Skyrim-like open world. Just what I was looking for. Downside is that it depresses me a little.

Really scratches the itch of Elder Scrolls, Gothic and a little Elden Ring. It has some jank however it it the only game I have played that really gave a sense of rewarding exploration and being able to stumble on great WTF and OH GOD moments. We need more of these types of games.

The game is very good up until the later end of act 2 and act 3. The game just becomes a boring fetch quest simulator. Everything that made the game unique from the first act, all the cool bosses and npcs are basically gone. Wouldn't recommend this game for full price until act 3 is cleaned up or redesigned.

If you like skyrim or elder scrolls or oblivion, game style then you will love this game, story 10/10, game play 8/10 For your notice this game is better then oblivion remastered, in my opinion even thou in oblivion remastered graphics are better, but when it comes to action, rpg, adventure, story, the fall of Avalon is better more exciting and fun.

A very few games which advertises dark fantasy themed genre and actually pulls it off. Tainted Grail Fall of Avalon perfectly pulls off what it promised It's a low budget AA title but great quality (DarkSouls+Elder Scrolls = Tainted Grail Fall of Avalon) Optimization feels a bit off but if you ignore it, It's one hell of an adventure A peak dark fantasy themed genre with well built storyline containing multiple choices & consequences Ending showcases every choice you've made through the entire game(counts all major and minor choices and shows their outcome and how it affected the land) Ending narrative was perfect, It explained every feat you've accomplished and it's consequences. Only downside of this gem is it's optimization issue. Sudden fps loss in highly crowded fights also in some areas. Regarding its a budget game and pass this issue "it's a perfect game for those who loves souls-borne genre with a taste of elder scrolls" Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon features ...

This game is like a hybrid of Oblivion, Skyrim and Dark Souls. Great story as well if you enjoy Arthurian lore, and the world is much larger than it appears at first. There are plenty of random areas to explore and tons of various side missions that add more to the lore and story building. It's about as close to a Skyrim and Oblivion successor that you can get at the moment. Bethesda and Obsidian should probably take notes, because this game is going to be the new standard moving forward.

A terrific game, well worth the normal price, and very rich both in world-building and in story. In Fallout style, at the end it gives you a play-by-play of the various choices you made and their ramifications. It is grim, but not hopeless. It is dark, but not without light. It is sorrowful, but not without joy. It is within my top 5 games ever. My critiques of it come from my critiques of presumed Modernist metaphysics, which is something sadly to be presumed in any game played in our (post)Modernist days. And because of that qualifier, I give it a perfect score. Well done, Questline and Awaken Realms. You have made a damn good game, and I thank you for it. Hail Arthur, the Once and Future King!
