This game is extremely small and lacks proper dialogues and monologues, but it's very cheap, it is quite funny, it has a great art style, and it is made with love, so that's enough for me to give it a positive review. Keep it up. Till next time, don't forget to point & click!

About This Game
This exciting game features cartoon cinematics with over 3,000 hand-drawn animation frames.
From the notes of Detective Morris:
« My new mission was to go to the haunted Ghost Palace to find a great big diamond. I had no desire to go to that wretched place at all! You might think I was scared, but that wasn't the case at all! Of course, my boss didn’t think anybody was up to the job except me! So I decided to take on this thrilling mission. Unfortunately for me, the task was much more insane than I had ever anticipated! Wandering ghosts and an annoying big rat kept catching me off my guard and attacking me! So finding diamonds was a big disaster, but I won’t spoil the surprise any further! You’ll just have to play the game and see what happened to me... »

this game has nice artwork and great character animation, a lot of though has gone into how the character reacts to objects, which is great to see. I managed to get stuck a few times but not so stuck you'd give up or start hunting down a tutorial, A little moan is quality control and grammar but English isn't the guys first language, and considering its the cost of a burger the character animation is so much nicer than some dearer games, no aimless wandering about and dodgy "use" animation here! Well done to you Mehrdad, just let some folk in to help with the detailing :)
I super wanted to give this game a positive review, but it's not quite ready for prime time yet. Even though I ultimately felt I had to give this game a thumbs down, please still consider supporting the developer by picking it up, perhaps on sale, especially if it looks like the kind of game you might be into. Just take your left is a very short mouse-driven game by Mehrdad Rezaei, who seems to be a solo Iranian developer. Your character is an agent of some sort who is sent to steal a diamond from a castle, but is antagonized along the way by a small mouse who is determined to stop him. Just Take Your Left is a short game that can be played from start to finish in about 15 minutes. The game uses an autosave system and most of the puzzles in the game involve sierra-style player death; your first playthrough may take up to 30-45 minutes as you work through the puzzles as dying does tend to reset your progress a bit in some cases. The game also has several QTEs with a short window t...
I'm going to begin with saying that this game is DEFINITELY WORTH PLAYING. Not only because of it's MASTER level art and animation, but because overall I think it is worth to spend a few bucks on supporting indie developers like this. Many of the greatest game designers whom work I adore also began with short games like this. On the subject of game itself, I think it is not without issues. Music tracks are not always suitable for the scenes and there can be, from time to time some audio glitches. The narration is acceptable. You can -to some extent- develop a connection between characters but you might have a little problem cursing the game's puzzles. To be honest, I think the game needs a little bit more attention. I'ts free of bug (though you might find one or two along the way) but the experience is not that smooth because of some technical issues. BUT something that really shines in this game is it's Animation and Art. It is fantastic, beautiful and dazzling. Animation is smooth...
Incredibly short game, about 30mins to complete.
Easy trial & error problem solving. The music is annoying and repetitive without separate volume control to the sound effects. Overall I'll give it a thumbs up because of the excellent animation and dry humour.
I picked this game up because I enjoy playing point and click adventure games, and the fact it had a really interesting art style, was an indie game, and had a few awards drew me to it. After playing and finishing the game (in just 25 minutes, and I had to look up the solution to only one puzzle), I can say the art style is pretty much the only thing this game has to recommend it. I don't know if a lot (or at least some) of the issues are because the dev is Iranian, but in that case, it just really goes to show that trying to find people from other countries willing to help out (and there are a lot out there) for cheap, or even for free would help this case a lot. Okay, the plot. You're Detective Morris, being forced by your boss to go get a diamond from a haunted castle. Is this how police work in Iran, they just... break into places and steal stuff? I mean, there's no mention of a warrant, or why you would go there for actual detective work. Maybe the person t hat stole it left it ...
point-n-click try-not-to-die simulator full of quicktime events. no thank you
The puzzles were random and not very intuitive. Did not enjoy it.
This game has amazing art works, animations and of course amazing story. If you enjoy point and click games, just try this one and you won't regret it. The adventures and puzzles in this game are really enjoyable and exciting. Also the characters are quite well made and fun to deal with! Hands down to Mehrdad Rezaei for this marvelous adventure.
It is a very well made game and probably a lot of effort went into it but from a consumer viewpoint it is extremely short and see a fairer price at under one dollar.
