Claire's Cruisin' Cafe

Now that I've finished the game, I can safely say that this one isn't worth the time and money, and I got this on a steep sale. It's WAY too easy. There's almost no challenge until after you've completed all 60 levels and unlock the 'B' levels...and there's only 6 of those.

\=This is the first one, I believe in the series. Very simple, the "bonus" levels you do after 60 are chaotic as heck. I feel this was better with clicking an item and doing the action then it's later down the line one, story is super simple and the recipes didn't feel overwhelming. Didn't take me too long to 100% (I like doing so), I enjoyed my time doing it.

(Just one thing before we start... I HAVE NO IDEA what the upgrades do!!! I thought it was just for decor... Then I realized that some of them sped up food/laptop... But it doesn't say that... >.> Thankfully the second game improved that. Eh.) Not bad. Not bad at all... For a more modern TM game!!! At first the cut scenes ran me at 1.2K FPS... >.> Thankfully the levels run smoothly and the PC does not fly around the room. Phew! I didn't like the gameplay or anything for that much at first. Because... Back in my days... TM games were a certain way... Presenting a certain challenge... This game took SOME parts of it and changed it. But you know what? I started to enjoy it. I actually LIKE that they sped up the game and made you multi-task with two people at once. All that needed improvement from older games? Done... Granted that means that certain things were taken away... Like different customers: different patient levels... If you don't serve 'em quickly eno...

A both casual and challenging time management game. Definitely not a highlight game of the genre, but fun and full of ferrets nonetheless. 4/10

Excellent game! Waiting on part 2...

Recently I’ve been feeling nostalgic about playing the Diner Dash and Cooking Dash games. Since they aren’t available on steam, I went searching for something similar. I feel pretty satisfied I’ve found something to scratch my itch. Claire’s Crusin Cafe has had me hooked. What I love most about casual time-management games like this is how they put your brain on autopilot once you've learned the basics. You don't have to think too hard, concentrate deeply, or remember complex mechanics—it feels like a different part of your brain is engaged. You have the freedom to pick these games up randomly and step away without feeling tied down. Claire’s Cruisin’ Cafe strikes the perfect balance of being simple yet engaging. The variety in levels, upgrades, and mechanics keeps things fresh and fun, making it hard to put down. Bonus points for having steam achievements! Story is really good. A bit clanky in collecting items but otherwise a generally good game.

Good alternative to Delicious game series

Good point and click cooking and time management game. Completed in 10 hours.
