"You Weren’t Born To Be Perfect. You Were Born To Be You." – Dr. Hakim (my fav scene) watching your gf who is, frankly, not a gamer goat, play this game and eventually conquer the challenges gives a sense of pride like watching your puppy go from a little bumbling pup to a qualified race dog. in the beginning you think theres no way youre going to be able to finish this game, but you give her 3 hours in the tutorial and eventually she'll be able to jump-jump-dash 50% of the time, and its smooth(ish) sailing from there. there were many times she asked me to do it for her and many times i told her she could do it. and eventually, she did. the joyous laughter she had when she won the "press E" mini game was the happiest i ever heard her in my life. i never let her win another mini game after that. but theres also the joyous triumph of defeating the squirrel in hand-to-hand combat, or escaping the sleeping moles. many moments to be proud of that puppy. thank you, dr. hakim. ---------...

This is not just a game – it’s an emotional rollercoaster for two. Every level is unique, every task requires true teamwork, and the variety of mechanics is so impressive that it often feels like you’re playing ten different games in one. The story is both touching and funny. It tells about a couple going through hard times, which turns into a vibrant adventure where even an ordinary vacuum cleaner or a snowman can bring excitement and laughter. But there are some downsides: some textures are unfinished, and you can stand on them when you should be falling, or fall through when it looks like you’re standing. Game mechanics can sometimes glitch, with characters getting stuck or just standing still. The facial expressions of the parents and the daughter, especially at the beginning and end, don’t feel very realistic – a bit “plastic,” so to speak. It would also be nice if you could play on a single keyboard without needing a second controller. Online play sometim...
Wow, what a game... I remember when I played Brothers - A tale of two sons, I instantly memorized Hazelight Studio's name. Since then, they became better and better with each game, so I was very excited for this one. I can totally understand and appreciate why It takes Two won the Game of the Year award, and millions of players' hearts. A true gem and not just among co-op games, but action-adventure too. A crazy, almost limitless wild ride of a plethora of creative ideas, fun, 25(!) minigames, grand and nostalgic moments, easter eggs, and so much more. You can never really be bored, there will always be some new gameplay mechanic or an interesting discovery option. If you are lucky, you can play it with your partner or with a friend. It was so good to read in the comments how many people's relationships have changed in a positive way because of the game - there were those who started as pals, but ended as friends, or couples whose lives have been healed. I read that the method Dr. Hak...
Okay, it was really funny and entertaining. It's been a long time since I've played something so diverse and entertaining with another person. Even singleplayer games don't provide the player with such a diverse gameplay experience as this little masterpiece. The only thing is, the plot is completely insane, how could they write such maniacal characters? It's genius and terrifying. I played it with my wife, who isn't a super skilled gamer (we played Baldur's Gate 3 together, and in her free time she plays House Flipper), but she really handled most of the platforming challenges - I'm proud of her. So don't be afraid to bring your significant other along, hand them a controller, and start playing It Takes Two.
The game stays well past its welcome, the story is very poorly paced and most of the gameplay is far too one sided. Far too difficult for non gamers in some areas. People with experience in games should pick the wife as she gets the most complex mechanics.
Dislike the characters. Way too long. Like 15 hours too long. Stale gameplay. Also what is the message of this game? Stay together for the kids? Weird as fuck. The only positive is the good environment art. Also why was my character Black until she woke up
Игра хорошая, геймплейно классная. но сюжет мне не нравится Кому стоит проходить? 100% если вы пара 50 на 50 если вы два друга мужика которые готовы играть во все 75 на 25 если у вас есть нормальная подруга
Bad vibes. Nauseating game play. Parkour simulator. Not fun, just a task to play through. My only motivation to keep playing was to reach the next objective. Maybe it's better further into the game. It's hard to imagine though. The nauseating engine and lack of camera guidance won't go away. The annoying parkour mechanics don't have many directions to improve. It's not even collaborative. Not once did I have to communicate. You sit and watch each other complete the same annoying parkour without any ability to help with the mechanics.
One of the best adventure co-op games I've ever played in my life. Each level of the game felt so different, with very unique boss fights, some VERY quick and easy to defeat and some VERY hard and long to finish. I do not recommend to play randoms or anyone boring as f uck. Overall I'd rate this a game a solid 9/10
Very fun, dont play with a certain cucumber though
