About This Game

An astronaut flies through outer space inside a tiny space capsule. Alas, then little problems inside the vehicle start to snowball, ending in a dramatic crash. The astronaut wants to spread his wings and fly once more – and return to his childhood dream.

This breathtaking story is an amazing opportunity to experience true weightlessness and float in space. In VR animation you can look beyond the flat image and see things that are normally hidden from our eyes. It allows you to immerse yourself in the exciting atmosphere and feel part of the story.

The word "Aripi" is translated from Romanian as "Wings". Here wings symbolize freedom and the leap of our imagination.

There is a strong personal message behind the story as the film is dedicated to our close friend, the pilot Yuri Boroday, who disappeared during his last flight.

It is a micro story and there's not much you can do except watch. Great animation and not a bad experience but I think, compared to other VR games and experiences, it is way too short the price. This was so short I thought it was the intro, like less than 9 mins. I wouldn't recommend this if it wasn't for the superb cinematic. The reason I am giving this a thumbs up is because that 9 min or so felt like 1 minute because I enjoyed every second of it.

Very beautiful, funny and well-made 6DOF movie for everyone who enjoys non-interactive, cinematic VR stories. Maybe even one of the best I've seen in this genre.

Low res and with a horrible fishbowl effect. What's more, only 8 minutes long.

Played on HTC Vive Pro/Wireless/Index controllers/RTX2060Super. Well, what can I say, it's an animated short. Very short. The animation itself is nicely done and quite entertaining. The only gripe I had with this, was the loading parts really interrupting the flow of the story. I bought it at sale at 2,39 euro a while back, but I see the normal price now is 1,59 euro which is a better price as it's really short.

Horrible, 10 minutes of animation that is ok-ish, not worth 3.99 Pounds. I get that it is in memory of a friend, but there is no use to put it with such a price, not to say that it doesn't even explain much, it's bad. Don't buy.

9 minutes total, from clicking start to the very end of the ending credits. Yes it was good, but know that it is a less-than 9 minutes cartoon story. It is well done, and I like it, and recommend it.

I think animated cinematics rendered in real-time VR are cool, so I liked this despite its brief runtime and rough edges. The animations were great, though the camera's position (your view) is also animated and that is a very risky thing to do. Viewers not experienced with artificial motion in VR ... beware! It's a story about a low-IQ man who was sent to maintain an artificial satellite by morons that didn't notice he was a complete idiot, totally incapable of the job. Disaster ensues, and he makes a whimsical return to Earth. There's not much to say about Aripi. It's worth $1, so check it out if you're a fan of VR cinematics like me.
