About This Game

EchoBlade is a puzzle-combat dungeon explorer. You find yourself blind and trapped inside an expansive tower labyrinth. Shrouded in total darkness you must navigate your way to freedom using only sound as your guide.

See the world in ultrasonic:
every footstep, every metal clank of armor, or swing of blade illuminates your path. Stride with care to avoid pressure plates that spring a variety of traps.

Equip your sword blade or let loose crossbow bolts when encountering the armored crusader knights who lurk the dark dungeon hallways.

Explore the perilous tower. Each level is built with varying mechanics: patrolling prison guards, uncover hidden switches that open secret doors, and solving puzzles with platforming elements.

Venture forth and find your way to freedom.

EchoBlade is a fun dungeon crawler that takes melee combat inspiration from Elder Scrolls. The game consists of many levels that require you to navigate the many twists and turns of the dungeon tower while solving puzzles and fending off guards preventing you from making your jailbreak. Having your playable character use echolocation is a unique concept that is executed really well, adding an extra layer of mystery and tension to your escape. If you are looking for a game with a unique atmospheric and fun melee combat, look no further than EchoBlade. Also has kill-able NPCs, RIP Lucas/10

Wow, really great fun sneaking through stone corridors looking for the way out of the dungeon. The lack of light, and having to rely on echo location from your footsteps is great. However, i will say that the lack of light is a health and safety nightmare, especially with how many circular saws and spikes there are on the ground. The guards are also less than polite and seem very unwelcoming. If I make it out alive, i will give a more inciteful review, but am having a great time dying in the darkened dungeon already.

Really cool game, I think it's a very novel concept that is executed quite well. There is a good layer of complexity with regards to combat, to include a skill tree and different sword attacks. I would have liked to see the environments fleshed out a little bit more, but overall it's a really cool game that I highly recommend.

Entertaining and addicting. EchoBlade scratches the dungeon hack n slash itch with a unique twist. Also, RIP Lucas.

If you are a regular FPS player, this is right down your alley. Some parts can seem repetitive, but that is really just the nature of the beast. Find a key-unlock door-find door-search key. I liked the footsteps left behind so you sort of know where you have been before. I did enjoy goading the AI into the traps to their own doom - that was entertaining. Sword combat can be a swing/duck/cover/run/block/attack, but the crossbow was a nice add. Leveling up perks were nice too. Good game.

Every Time I open the game up, It crashes and forces my PC to reboot, This is a major fix that is needed. It looks fun for the 5 min I got to play before it just crashed. I hope they fix this because I really want to play
