Walking simulator but with climbing
I don't wanna dizz this game, it clearly has a lot of love put into it, but its far more frustrating than just "tough" with seemingly no reward for overcoming thee hurdles. It doesn't provide a clear sense of direction or even a form of "current task" header either in pause menu or otherwise. I really like the idea of this game, i am a Fan of White Knuckle, but this isn't white knuckle. It piqued my interest due to the similarities to BLAME! but it was really just confusing to go from A to B because then there was task 1, 2 and 3 you didn't have really much clue of where you were going. Sometimes the way point function was also underwhelming? Okay cool i have to go "There" but sometimes it was a bit difficult to know where you could sand and cant without sliding or skirting off. I didn't get very far into the game, i sorta lost interest far too quickly, the reading is not as interesting the 100 minutes i got into as far as i could see,...

Distilled spirit of Gnosticism in game form. Vain longing in a vast void world. One of the best 3D gaming environments. Wind in the pipes, ancient dust in the eyes, smell of oxidized steel, months of rock, concrete and metal about, and above, and below, punctured by paths only climbers can see. Don’t pick Explore mode lest you never experience the true beauty of your movement. Start as an infant, end as an angel. "And even if you never go back home, you can still climb".
I love this game but if I had to describe it in one word, it would be "exhausting". I never finished it, and I don't know if I ever will.
Game is good but the last level makes me wanna kill myself.
Incredibly boring gameplay, very bland design and atmosphere. The mechanics don't always work, and there isn't any clear indication to when they work when they do. There is no intrigue to the story from the start. It's really hard to want to play this game.
Did not like this at all. Very frustrating and no direction to speak of. Got tiresome real fast. Oh and die die die delete.
Whoever decided to add surfing/sliding sections, you are now banned from making climbing focused games. Amazing athmostphere (if you ignore the sevear mold infection goin on /jk). (Edit: ok nvm, there is walljumping, all is well, still don't recomend it btw)
This game got SO many things right: the story, world building, amazing map art, immaculate vibes, old school graphics used to their fullest potential, the tools, abilities, soundscapes, the music, pitch darkness, gorgeous lighting... the list goes on. BUT the biggest reason why I cannot finish this game? The the level design. I'm not talking the maps aren't cool enough looking, not saying the textures are lame, I am not saying its a WaLkInG SiMuLaToR... It's the "obstacle course" that the player must navigate to get from A to B. So often I would get stuck on a fall down sequence, a climb, a slide course, or just navigation in general, where felt there were very few intentional paths designed for a seamless flow of using abilities, tools, powers, etc. I often felt that I shouldn't be making certain jumps, or I'm just barely making it around an object to get to where I am supposed to go. Sometimes it felt like I had to do a map exploit to get on top of something. It just became so fru...
