Cute, but everything else about this game feels awkward. Combat just feels bad, especially meleeing jumping slimes. There's no clear indicator of where your sword swing will go, and a jumping slime is effectively dodging at triple normal movement speed, so good luck. And the screen is so zoomed in compared to how fast enemies move, you have to babysit the gem since an enemy can go from being offscreen to attacking the gem in about 3 seconds -- so there's no point in being proactive and hunting enemies. Also, for some reason this game is tagged with tower defense and roguelite, but that's inappropriate imo. This would a great college project / $1 game, but somehow got inflated to a full game and priced at $8.
