About This Game

Welcome to a new kind of city builder. Urban sprawl is enveloping the planet, and as nature, it's your job to fight back!

Use your arsenal of natural disasters to grind skyscrapers into dust and beat civilization into submission. Replace towers with trees to restore the environment and generate energy to fuel your attacks. Upgrade your powers to take on greater challenges as cities grow and defend themselves.

Conquer dozens of hand-crafted stages across five distinct regions, culminating in epic showdowns against mighty megastructures and iconic real-world cities. Master unique scenarios against settlements that expand and adapt to your assault. Obstacles like meteor-intercepting missiles and wildfire-fighting water tankers will require careful consideration - or an overwhelming show of force - to overcome.

But you have more in your corner than just raw strength. Combine disasters to overcome obstacles and outmaneuver crafty defenses. Use the environment to your advantage, cratering the ground to deny your enemy territory or manipulating the seas to trigger massive tsunamis.

And that's just the beginning! Annihilate as many buildings as possible and unleash awesome setpiece disasters in Arcade Mode. Craft (and crush) your own megalopolis in the free-wheeling Sandbox Mode. And tackle an endless cast of procedurally-generated cities with the Daily Challenge!

In this game, you’re not a city builder. You’re a force of nature. An Unnatural Disaster!

I love the gameplay! Destroy the city with disasters. The weird news reports and weather channel menus are just icing on the cake. The whole thing is super weird but I absolutely love it. https://youtu.be/ey9mq-_i-Tw

I would definitely recommend this game! The game is in Early Access and includes many fun features and is also actively being worked on and updated. There are loads of levels where you can smash cities using strategy to get as many stars (the in-game currency) as you can to unlock upgrades, including more disasters. You can also enter a Sandbox mode where you can smash cities to your hearts content and you can even create the landscape and even your own cities! There are also some other gameplay options such as Arcade Mode and Daily Challenges, and the game is very creatively made, to represent news reports and weather reports. This game is also on mobile! I have only been playing this game for three days on my phone and PC, so it is possible that there are even more features that I have missed, but so far, I have found this to be my new favourite game! If you have ever played 'Cities: Skylines' and you enjoy destroying your city with natural disasters, then this game is 100% for you! ...

Definitely in early access for a reason. At this point the timed levels feel too puzzley, and the growth-capped levels feel too time-critical even at the first growth rate. The largest difficulty comes from unpredictable level generation placing requirements on buildings too close to each other. That being said, the concept is fun, and the gameplay is functional. This is a working game with simple assets, simple animations, and simple implementations of its mechanics. While I'd only recommend it half-off right now, I look forward to seeing it grow, and hopefully I'll be able to update this review as the game is fleshed out. Ed: cutscene skips were added, I removed that note from the review.
