For the price, Lone Archer is a great endless wave defense game. The level and enemy variety is quite large and the game play is smooth and fun. It could definitely use some sort of progression mechanic, but what it currently offers is more than enough to entertain. If you are interested in seeing a more in depth look at the game I made a short video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9488QK4Jxlc

As a solo indie game developer, this game represents roughly the last 6 months of evenings and weekends, but it isn't intended to end there. I hope all who try out this game look at it as a work in progress and provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. I look forward to adding more content based on your feedback.

User Reviews
This is a typical VR archery game where you stand in one area and shoot arrows at cartoony characters who head straight for you in waves. One issue I had with this game is that the waves never end. You stop playing just whenever you feel like it. Another issue I had is that to fire an arrow with the Index controllers, you must press the little center pad then press and hold the trigger while pulling the arrow back, which led to many times where i missed the bow and arrow connection. This game is also missing some content and the developer seems to have abandoned the game because not one patch has been released since the game came out in 2020. I cannot recommend this game and would instead recommend QuiVR, In Death, Wrath of the Fire God, and The Lab Longbow section.
