My SO and I played the demo a while ago, gave feedback on issues, but still found them in the full release of the game. The concept of the game is okay, but nothing ground-breaking. The main issue was that most of the time, the objectives were not obvious and that the game was unfairly difficult. My partner and I had trouble picking up certain objects, like torches, we could still collide with the falling stones, [spoiler]the enemy that would follow us around[/spoiler] was excessively loud, etc. There were some occasions where a puzzle was very irritating to complete [spoiler](the last sequence of the room with the sarcophagus, where you have to throw the Ankh at buttons, and the last part of the game, where you have to do parkour, but stay at the same speed with your partner)[/spoiler]. We really wanted to enjoy the game, like we did the previous project of the developer, but unfortunately, while we played this game, we only looked back at the fun we had with the previous one and...

I was a really big fan of the previous game, but I have to admit, I cannot recommend this one. Really uninspired puzzles, really poorly made action section to pad for time (to prevent refunds?), not to mentioned broken achievements. Performance absolutely tanks in some sections, to unplayable levels depending on your GPU. Considering there were issues brought up before the launch and those haven't even been fixed, I doubt it will get better, but here's hoping. For now, this is a hard miss even on sale.

Nice except on every aspect.

We've been at it for a few hours and it has been a lot of fun and laughs. We had already tried the previous game with skeletons and whilst it was nice, this one has a clear "upgrade" feeling to it. It is a nice combination of escape game meets Indiana Jones, with a good mix of frustration and reward, which is imo what games should bring to the table. Also, making fun of your partner for getting pierced by spears like a noob will always be fun.

Fun game! This is a coop game for 2 players online. There are puzzles, and they aren't always too easy. Fortunately, the game gives hints if you are stuck! I could say that this game needs more music. It does not feature a soundtrack for a most of it. I recommend playing "Ancient Egyptian Music - Tomb of the Ancients" on youtube in the background :) Sometimes the controls are a bit awkward, especially when it comes to picking up objects or throwing them. But we made it work! This game also features a lot of platforming sections, hence the name Amunruuuun, because yes, a lot of running will be involved at some point. And if you are anything like me, there will be a lot of deaths and a lot of retries. I recommend it if you are looking for online 2P coop games.

Bad graphics, shit mechanics, 60 fps cap, no direction at all, you have to wait 10 minutes into each level for a hint to know what ur looking at. Not worth 15$ save your cash. +add sex dlc

Aesthetically pleasing. Nice setup. Puzzles are sometimes hard but still doable and for some of them they pressure the players quite a bit. Once you get the hang of it, the controls are fine (in particular intertia while jumping). I think it's a pretty pleasing one shot game for a good evening (or two)!
