Like papers please but without the interesting lore and without any guidance on how to play the game. The great art style couldn't save it for me unfortunately.

The meteor came. And from it, the survivors learned to harness the power source known as Zygnoka. In the next forty years, the megacity known as The Structure was erected inside the impact crater. Here, the people isolated themselves, accelerating their dependence on technology and created a society as a machine of its own.
In The Structure, order and efficiency is maintained by severe top-down control. In the name of efficiency, new machines and instruments are put to use on the public the instant they are invented. In pursuit of optimisation, a new profession is tasked to maintain the increasingly precarious anomaly levels of the city's inhabitants. These are called Mind Scanners.

If you don't like timed mini-games you probably won't like this game. But I liked it quite a bit. It's around 5 hours for one playthrough. There are several endings and and difficulties so I might play it again. I think the story was involving. Some hard choices, but not totally random or unfair like in other games. There is an element of resource management (time, money etc.) Someone said there was no lore. I disagree. I think the game portrays a quite unique sci-fi world.
It's alright, didn't finish it. If there was an option for neutral option, I would pick that. The main gameplay loop of diagnosing and treating the patients get super repetitive super quick, especially if you care about doing "the right thing" and preserve peoples personalities. I get it that it's supposed to be harder, but it's more about being tedious than hard. Also, some of the treatment tools are annoying beyond frustration. The atmosphere and visuals is where the game shines. The story didn't interest me and wasn't enough to carry me through the frustrating gameplay.
The story-telling is too bland for a game that depends on a singular mode of playing. Too many loose narrative ends like honestly I don't care about the daughter call me cold-blooded. Also the dystopian backdrop is pretty idiotic may I say (((((
Love working in the US government!!
The Papers, Please influence is clear, and honestly, it hurts more than it helps. Where Papers Please balanced story and mechanics perfectly, this piles on too many minigames that quickly shift from engaging to frustrating. The dystopian premise is strong (a government “cult” making you rewire minds), but the characters feel flat and the constant gameplay loops distract from the story instead of deepening it. I ended up skipping dialogue just to push through. Just note I dropped it close to the ending, it kind of burned me. The art style is the highlight—bold, unique, and instantly recognizable—but overall the game felt rushed. Worth a look on discount if you’re curious, but don’t expect a Papers, Please-level experience.
The game is alright, just alright...but I'm more inclined to go to the negative side. I bought it when it was on sale, so it doesn't hurt that much, but if I bought it at a full price I would not be very satisfied and quite annoyed. Art is great, sure, but that's it. The game has so many interesting mechanics giving it a certain potential, but that is utterly ruined by mechanics themselves. I'm thrown right into them and put under time pressure to execute them and the only thing that can help me are some vague notes in my notebook. And then I get kicked around for erasing personalities while not knowing how to do it. After wondering around I've found out that I can buy buffs to prevent it (somehow), but I have to use them during the treatment. So while I'm getting familiar with some new thingamajig, I have to also apply other things in between to execute it perfectly? Some people compare to Papers, Please and I can see that, sure and it has certain complicated mechanics that you hav...
Papers please vibes. Sci-fi atmosphere. Inmersive lore
