Since I did not see any tutorial for the game I will just write some advice for starting ( maybe I am blind idk) 1) First you will need to build your center building where you can find from the buildings button. Box thingy, and dont worry if you yet to have villagers. Weird enough you don't need them to build anything. Everything just builds instantly. btw put your center building next to forest and stones while putting it away from portals and monsters. 2) Build houses.( 2-3 ) 3) To make more villagers you need bread and water. To get water you need well it is the easy part, but for the bread you need at least 3 buildings. Farm->Flour->Bread. Each of them have their respective buildings and as far as I see in the game a vilager operates a building. So 1 well is only usable for 1 villager. It is kinda bad because you will need to spam buildings which is not a good thing for aesthetics in my opinion. 4) Make villagers send them to stone wood etc. 5) To get money you need to click on you...

About This Game
The game is about controlling your villagers to gather resources from the map. The maps are randomly generated, every single gameplay is individual. Your villagers can go mining, farming, chopping wood or do other jobs in a bakery or in a forestry. Every single villager is important for your town, you need to protect them from attackers.
Start building up your own military and build up a wall to protect your city. Your enemies will come in waves and will burn your houses down or kill your villagers, if you will not protect them.
Current features:
- Random maps with a lovely world.
- Many buildings and a good build-mechanic to create a big town.
- Villagers to gather resources from the map.
- Trading coins from taxes with resources.
- Directly control each villager or soldier.
- Save as many save states as you want.
- Fighting mechanics.

I have only played for an hour but have been wiped out on each start - ON EASY! I'm not anywhere near a portal but once they "find" you - you die. This is way too aggressive on EASY since I am only trying to figure out the mechanics of the game at this point. Maybe you want to give an option for 'Peace Mode' until you turn it off? At least let the town build up a bit and get some walls and troops. I think this will be fun when it releases if there are some tweaks by the DEVs. I will check back in 6 months. I hope I find it more adaptable to different play styles at that point. For now, SADLY, it is a request for a refund.
2 hours into this game since launch. my thoughts so far great concept, decent execution. many things could be added to make this a fantastic game couple notes just while playing. -there needs to be some kind of way to remove aggro from being attacked, i had to restart twice because i couldn't build any defences before being attacked. some way to defend earlier in game is needed for sure. -the UI needs some love. -multiple villagers per resource building? -maybe a slight buff to the house limit -either faster time speed, or just quicken everything just a tiny bit? however, this is a fun little time killer game currently. with some love this could be a great sim that i have been looking for. can't wait to see what the Dev(s) do with this!
Outstanding. This is a game that has potential, great art, and folks that care behind it. As has been said the UI needs a bit of love, a tutorial would help newcomers a great deal, and i feel the enemy is attacking too quickly. if the dev puts the time and work into this, this game could be a great hit and addition to anyone's library.
short music file that just keep looping (turn music off or u lose your mind) At any difficulty other than sandbox, Random raids: Don't have military yet? -> Restart. they will casually walk around killing everyone and u cant do S***.
Reviewing as an experienced RTS player. Either this game needs a longer warm up before the first wave or the prices of things need to be slightly reduced. As is the game has essentially one correct way to play with a very specific build order. A loosening of the reigns would make a solid little game. Current'y can't recommend but I wish there was a neutral option.

(05.03.21) In short: A nice Game, but you REALLY feel the early access. Its still a long path until its finished. Be aware of that. The good: - A nice city building sim in medieval fantasy style - The playstyle and the colors feel a bit more calming and charming than most other games of this genre - I really like the 3D-models of the buildings The bad (at the moment): - Massive pathfinding bugs (After I reached ~50 villagers nearly all of them stopped randomly again and again and I had to move them manually and reassign them to their tasks - and even that did not work for all of them. I assume its somehow connected to the streets) - Other AI bugs (In fights most of my archers stopped firing, just one single archer kept firing at the target. Sometimes when I move them, half of them get lost at the way and I have to pick them up one by one again and order them again to move) - The music gets annoying very fast. I recommend to turn it down and start some of your ow...
I've read a few of the comments describing this game as difficult and while yes my first play through I got slaughtered as I was learning controls, didn't build up nearly fast enough all while wasting my time exploring scenery. My 2nd play through was much easier as now I knew what I was doing, I knew that I had a timer and was going to get attacked in the first place...it's a fairly easy game. Kind of lack luster at the moment but could possibly end up being good depending on the devs. Right now at 10 bucks it's not a bad price but it took me 4 hours to get to a point that I had experienced everything and there was no further to go. My rule of thumb is usually a dollar per hour on a game makes it worth it, so as of right now I wouldn't reccomend buying it unless you're into the genre then it's not bad and will hopefully provide a bit more as the devs get to it.
Early access review: This has potential, but still needs some work. It's an interesting little build/defend game. I didn't get far into it, but I managed to survive (after almost being wiped out on the first wave on normal), and get enough of a military that the waves are getting killed. However, the attackers sometimes get "stalled". They also path oddly to come to your town. They sometimes ignore defensive towers/units in their path, and go right for the the villagers (or perhaps town center). It looks like they sometimes path AROUND towers, avoiding them completely, which make towers not as useful as their cost would imply. They also "stutter" when you get bigger waves attacking (move a bit. stop. move some more.... stop). After a while, my foresters and woodcutters stopped depositing wood. Saving/exiting and reloading fixed this. Game seems reasonably playable so far, and the constant attacks make building a challenge. Also needs better controls for the military: you can...
