The Light At The End Of The Ocean is a short visual novel that explores a light mystery about a shipwreck survivor. The surface story has enough depth to be entertaining and not obvious while still wearing its narrative themes like a neon pink shirt. As a short experience, this visual novel offers enough substance to be worth a look if you are seeking a quick easy story that is still sufficiently poignant to exist in-between the gap of deep introspection and turning your brain completely off. I didn't read anything ahead of time of what this was about so while surprisingly (but not disappointingly) dark, I really enjoyed it. Took me about an hour and a half to beat, and another 30 minutes to skip through to get the good ending.

A beautiful yuri story full of rainy melancholy. Well, the ending is satisfying! It's sad to see this game is so low in popularity. Please give it a chance!
