I bought this game hoping for something of an in depth training system, including some exploration. Instead I didn’t train a slave once because she got lost, then I ran around town whipping a fat man to lose weight all so he could get laid. I don’t know what the hell I played, but I don’t recommend you play it.

I'll just say....meh Animations....ok Gameplay....could be a lot better Storyline....awful It gets really boring during playtime Also, romans didn't worship Zeus, Athena or Poseidon, but Jupiter, Juno or Neptune. I'll give it a 6/10

Listen, I don't know WHAT these other "reviewers" are smoking - I have played this title on two different systems (office/bedroom) - both gaming systems, one better than the other (office) and it runs, looks, and plays FANTASTIC This game delivers everything it promises and MORE The quests are awesome (I caught the nymph) and though I'm a girl, enjoy playing as a man - Yes, if playing as a girl, you should have a husband who is the real Master and then you get to "play" with the slaves and maybe even get caught!) The intimate scenes serve their purpose, too, though I wish they would not be on a "timer" system - some other mechanic to gauge as I feel them to be over before even beginning (same with the punishments - there should be no time race between stamina and goal) The world is gorgeous, I wish I could interact with everything, though. I am super glad I decided to get this and may write another/amend the review as I play more. Looking forward to your new title;...

The game needs an upgrade! Pros: The idea has potential Cons: Implementation -Every aspect of the gameplay is quite boring *Why am I controlling slaves as if I were a slave? It's an interesting feature, but it seems unnecessary and it becomes very boring to clean the temple to earn 10 coins -There is no depth to the relationship between the hero and the NPCs *You can talk to 10 NPCs, while the others wander aimlessly from corner to corner The NPCs are very similar to each other, with limited customization options. I can change the skin color and breasts, but perhaps that is excessive. It would be more interesting to have a selection and collect the ones I like, or to have more advanced customization options. Upgraded graphics, characters, animations...

Let's point out how nice it is to have a game like this come from a Western developer (or one that is developed with strictly Western audiences in mind). A game in this genre that you can actually understand and enjoy right off rip. Other than the "voice acting", which I'm sure the developer knows needs work, this is a solid five star game

The premise of the game is intriguing, though of course it could use some improvements. Unfortunately improvements can't be made if there is no funding for it. I have already invested in the game, hoping for these improvements. I recommend others do so as well.

This is a first person run-around open-world game set in the late Roman Republic. This is a setting that is sorely under represented out of strategy games; which is strange given the possibilities that are available; and SoR makes a good inroad into exploring this world, and doing so in an (almost) anachronism free way. SoR already has more content than a lot of "complete" games, but the devs remain active with an impressive wish list. This seems like a game and world they want to create, rather than finish and move on; so i feel my investment as a player won't be abandoned on a cliffhanger.
