About This Game

Teamfight Manager is a game where you become a coach who manages a virtual eSports pro-game team.

Help your team grow efficiently and work out the best strategy to win the world championship title!

· Pick & Ban System

Find the best combination of champions among many of them. Be mindful of the champions your players pick frequently, the champions your opponents pick often, and the compatibility of the combination to achieve the best results.

· Match Process

Each champion follows deathmatch rules of fighting for 1 minute, and the team with the higher number of kills wins.

· Champion

Each champion has his/her unique characteristics. Every champion possesses 1 basic skill that can be used during the cooldown and an Ultimate that can only be used once per one set. In order to win the match, you will have to exercise good judgment on the basic abilities and the characteristics of the skills each champion has, and select the appropriate one based on the situation.

· Managing Players

You can build a stronger team either by recruiting better players or by training existing players. Each player has different attack/defense abilities and champion skill levels. Some players have traits that even allow them to possess differentiating skills. Take the team's fund and the players' skills into account to effectively manage the players.

· Team Growth

You can provide a better environment for the players by building equipment or improving the facility. Provide your team with equipment that offers excellent performance and creates an outstanding environment for the top players to perform at their very best.

· Multiplayer
You can play 1v1 friendly matches, or invite up to 10 friends to play in a league. Find out who is the best manager.

Now you're all set to lead your team. Best of luck to you on your journey to win the world championship!

For a management game, you don't actually have a lot of agency. Too much of the game is left to RNG, between crafting equipment, to the pick/ban phase, to even how well your players will use their ults. Way too much is left to chance and feels less like management and more like praying. Also, there are a lot of mechanics that exist but don't really feel like they have an effect. Stats seem negligible, because character picking is so much more important. Champion mastery, which you have little control of, then, also has very little effect on outcome. Weekly activities feel like a waste of time and money, streaming gives inconsequential money, mental training can give you nothing for high costs, and the physical training barely gives you anything. Overall, there are some cool concepts here, but it's poorly executed and leaves a lot to be desired.

Game's good. If you like being a coach and watching your players choke with the line up you cooked up, then this game is for you. Meta changes doesn't really destroy which heroes have good synergy with. Certain compositions are better than others but there's also a lot of counters in the systems so it kind of balances it all out anyway. I play on Fearless Draft and I suggest if you really want to learn the meta that is the way to go. The new game's coming out and I'm just dropping this review so people can see that this game has huge potential and I really think the next one is going to be even better. Overall, a solid 8.5/10. A ton of RNG but definitely manageable, super fun time sinker but has a lot of room for improvements. Still good! Can't wait for the second one!

I didn’t expect to get hooked, but Teamfight Manager had me obsessing over hero drafts and counter-picks like I was running a real esports team. You never control the fights directly—just set strategies, manage your roster, and hope your planning pays off as the matches play out. It’s simple on the surface, but I kept coming back for “just one more season” to tweak my picks and chase that championship.

This is a great game that perfectly simulates the stress and anxiety of a MOBA, Winning and losing keeps you coming back for more and even wants me to come back and play it again.

This is an old game but still fantastic and I've been playing again in hype for the sequel coming out later this year! Their is rng but it is way more manageable than some reviews state. It's a marathon of a game and once you realize the meta is more important than your teams mastery it's less random. I. CANT. WAIT. FOR TFM2
