About This Game
Share in this experience with family and friends while completing challenges, solving puzzles, and discovering shared values. In the gameplay, you are met with tasks as you travel through volumetric captures of Jerusalem, unlocking clues at The Western Wall, The Holy Sepulchre, St. James Monastery, Al-Aqsa Mosque and The Dome Of The Rock.
For the first time, the holiest sites and days in Jerusalem have been captured with Photogrammetry, Stereoscopic 360, and Volumetric Filming. An inter-faith team of Jewish, Christian, and Muslim filmmakers brings this unique perspective to share the magic and wonder of Jerusalem in one of the most complex immersive projects produced to date. The experience was created to cultivate understanding by exploring our shared values and fundamental similarities.
The Holy City was named one of Forbes Top 50 XR Experiences of 2019 and has been awarded a Lumiere Award for Best Educational XR, and Best Interactive VR Experience at the 2019 Byron Bay Film festival.
For thousands of years, believers have been coming to Jerusalem during festivals and religious holidays. This year, with travel and public gatherings limited due to the pandemic, we invite you to take a virtual trip to The Holy City.

This is a very good tour of the holy city of Jerusalem. I want to do the Jewish Quarter again.
A really interesting way to look around Jerusalem and to develop some understanding of the Holy Sites there. A welcome narrative promoting peaceful cooperation between the Abrahamic religions, without undue focus upon any one. I've not been there (yet) so really appreciated the crowd-free views of the sacred sites. The content ranges from emotional and awe inspiring to slightly simplistic and a little cheesy sometimes, but for that reason - suitable for all age groups and abilities. You might only complete it once or twice, so relatively expensive for a single "watch" (83 minutes for me) but much cheaper than the air fare!
Won't start. Error message from Windows: "You need a new app to open this vive link"
This is an amazing tool for anyone curious to learn more about Jerusalem and the many religions that coexist in this fantastic place. Very well executed. I have to say it’s very unusual for me to review projects. This because very few actually wow me to the point of actually wanting to share it with others.... This is an amazing experience that allows you to feel like you can touch the Holy Sepulcher and place a note on the Western Wall. Just fantastic. I know this is a virtual visit- but the fact the places were scanned from real life really makes me appreciate the accuracy and be able to enjoy looking at each location at my own pace. Throughout this journey I really enjoyed seeing the beautiful realistic-looking recreation of many Jerusalem temples that allowed me to freely look around and spend a lot of time inspecting painting and inscriptions on the walls. When it switched from the interactive gamefied version to the 360 video version was totally amazing to recognize the preci...
