i like the game but wish the controls were better, with keyboard its hard to kill virus where on controller cant look but everything else works. in fact on controller when i push a button it responds right then where on keyboard small delay. if you fix the controls on either ill give thumbs up

If you die, you have to start all over again (including quests). Personally I found it's very hard to kill the virus (while using the mouse), middle button does not usually react on time and I die myself instead of killing it. Don't have enough patience for this.
