Best stealth game out there. An absolute masterpiece. I could go on and on about how good this game is, but all I will say is just buy the game right now and play it.

If you're here after the first game, wondering something like "is this worth it, i really liked the first one" then YES, get it! Curse Ubisoft for going senile and completely butchering all the splinter cell games that came after this. Not this one though, this is PEAK splinter cell because Lamber the GOAT has removed the three alarm rule so now you're technically allowed to go ham with it, saying something stupid like "its not a video game fisher.". Sam has been abducted by Aliens who spent hours probing him... with KNAWLEDGE, Showing him how to open doors while carrying "dead tired" guards to bed and making him more accurate with the sidearm since he couldnt hit the broad side of a barn in the first game. Then they forced him to drink 'Breen's private reserve' so he'd forget all about his abdution. i have some terrible news to break to you reader, they toned down Michael ironside moan when you use the medkit, yeah theres no reward for using a medkit or getting hurt anymore. IF ...

The co-op campaign is still amazing all these years later and it is also just a fantastic stealth game.

The best entry in the Splinter Cell series and one of the best stealth games of all time Heads-up: I had to download some community fixes for graphics issues on modern PCs and modern controller support, other than that it worked very well

Great stealth game. Although I liked the first three games about the same, I thought this was the weakest entry so far (until the later entries perhaps change my mind later on). It surprises me that people hold this game as the holy grail, when in some ways it is a downgrade over the previous games. First, there is one massive upgrade since Pandora Tomorrow though, which is that it is not mandatory anymore to hide the bodies in the dark. Now for the downgrades. Lighting is a lot more rigid and unrealistic, it feels placed and not dynamic. In the previous games it was more gradual. Also, the what you see is often not how the game treats it. Sometimes, you can be in the edge of dark area yet the game treats it as visible or you can be in a perfectly visible area and game treats it as darkness. It worked a lot better in the previous games. Another downgrade is that you cannot destroy cameras anymore. At best, you can jam them for a short time and it is not working half the time. I hav...
