This is very much a "What it looks like is what you get" game. And in this case, it's very good. Fair difficulty. I've played 300+ indie platformers and this is one of the good ones. : )

-Pretty good visually, although a bit aggressive on the eyes. -The music is decent, but the sound affects are a bit sharp and can get annoying fast. Also some of the sounds are much louder than they should be. -Secret rooms the way this game implements them just result in annoying gameplay. Most platformers that have fake walls leading to secrets generally have obvious visual cues that let you know its a secret if you are actively looking for them. In this game there is zero indication that a wall is fake. So this means if you want to 100% a level you just need to run into every single wall in the level to see if it is fake, this results in a very annoying gameplay experience. -Level design feels a bit too simplistic and bigger than it really needs to be. Pair this with the really low difficulty of the game and the result is the game feeling like a chore to play. I ended up quitting about half way through world 2 out of 4. Im sure it gets a little harder later, but that would still ...

Nice retro game; easily worth the price. Standard platformer with an art style that stands out through details. Few more game options (e.g. controlling sound and music volume independently) would make it even better and justified a higher price point.
