Pest Control is a combination of a simulator and a turn-based strategy, where the main task of the player is to get rid of pests .. Every assignment is a war - small, hairy, full of fangs and legs. Pests have no mercy. When Lenny finds himself alone with them, they only want one thing: to tear him apart! Yes... the job of an exterminator is a challenge! Remember, they are closer than you think!

Build traps
In the heart of your office you will find a laboratory and a workshop where you can design and modify the most sophisticated traps. The materials that will be used for this can be found in the store as well as during missions. Those can be later used to upgrade traps and weapons.
Discover the city
You start your work in one of the Cherryhood districts, but as you progress and your reputation grows, you will gain access to new parts of the city. There, of course, the orders will be paid better and the items found will be more and more interesting. The battlefront of your fight with pests runs through home rooms, hotels, factories, laboratories, warehouses and many other unique locations.
Upgrade your headquarters
Everyone needs a place to return to after work, so you have your own base that you can upgrade. Each of the rooms (gym, laboratory, scrapper) can be expanded, which will bring you new bonuses!
Catch pests
The tasks are different: sometimes it’s a simple neutralization, sometimes you have to catch a living animal, but each pest requires a different approach. Many of them also have their version on steroids, much stronger and more dangerous than a standard representative. Also, remember to clean up after work: get rid of excrement, lairs, nests, corpses... Nobody likes it when you have to clean up after professionals.
PS. During the game creation no animals were harmed.

The steam desciption says the game needs 6 GB of hard disk space - actually it eats up 26 GB! GPU load is always 100%. Game chrashed in the tutorial after 13 minutes of play time (version 0.65, September 2021) I applied for a refund, even if I had bought it at 90% discount.

Poor game. The quality would be acceptable for early access, but certainly not for a fully released game.
The tutorial is not helpful, it just displays all the information at once, plus it's not very clear. Then you'll very often not understand what is happening and what you're supposed to do. I haven't been able to complete a single level, because the game always gets somehow stuck and doesn't let me do anything.
Avoid this game. At least for now.

It's hard to recommend this game when it feels so clunky. The tutorial doesn't help. You really don't know what you're doing. Progression seems really weird. In hindsight, likely not something I would have bought had I played a demo. Very unfortunate as I was looking forward to playing this, but it just doesn't work.

7 hour of headache try to get started in the game i'm so mad and confuse still after the update i wish i would have got a refund.....
Edit it took me a long min to figure out the game but now that i got the hang of it its a pretty fun game...but when you have to pick a person to go in the box to battle is not easy there need to be a better way to pick people when battle
