Game is awesome but if you're like me and try to go for the Odin achievement (or just platinum), you're gonna find out that the game has some severe latency issues. Could be on my end, but it's VERY noticeable. On the calibration menu, it comes out perfectly synced. But the moment i go into a song, it's not synced at all, so that means i gotta go by ear and change ms by ms which frankly, is not worth it. So all in all, if you wanna give the game a go, please do! It's awesome! But if you're going for the platinum or Odin achievement... good luck, seriously. And if someone finds out how to fix the issue or just wanna vent off in the comments, feel free.

One issue I've had with the rhythm games I've played in the past is that the timing of the notes you're supposed to hit don't match very well with any part of the song (lyrics, guitar, drums, etc.). It's given me great pleasure that the folks that designed the note maps for these songs did a really good job of timing them with the part of the song they're tracking. The same song might jump from drums to guitar to vocals and back again, but most of the time the transition is smooth enough it doesn't bother me. And the fact that the genre of choice is metal is a great thing, since I usually don't enjoy most of the music chosen for these sorts of games. Definitely would recommend it, even without VR; I bet it would be a blast in VR though!
