Jurassic Fantasy

I paid 39 pence for this game, and I felt I got reasonable value considering that. I took 60 mins playing through the game without major issues, but then looked up how to find the final stone (the top left one out of the five) from someone else's speedrun video because I'd searched around the map including circumnavigating the island on my raft and was getting a bit bored. In general it's fine, mostly it's more of a maze game than anything else, the combat is just run away and shoot magic balls at stuff, and there are a few shops and special places scattered around with some more powerful items and enemies available in other parts of the map. Graphics are limited but that's very much part of the idea. The range of enemies is fun although again, the combat mechanics are quite limited. Because of this, the main interest is in exploring the map and seeing new areas as you go. In terms of what can be improved, there are a number of quality-of-life additions that would really help. Recommended for those who appreciate old school PC games. LGV does great capturing that. Do understand this is like the Old school games.

I really enjoyed this game! At first I completely missed that you could put points into your stats by clicking on them so I moved around at the lowest speed, attack and defense which, needless to say, didn't go well at all. However, once I figured out how to increase stats it became 100x more enjoyable! I eagerly await Jurassic Fantasy II!

Maze like 16 bit arcade game, good music, fun mechanics. Great for 27 cents!

jurassic wizard 2 when

I paid $0.43 CAD for this game so I wasn't expecting more than a little diversion. The game is simple enough, move NESW and shoot with the 4 arrows, plus an area spell that costs mana. I tried to finish it three times, every time the game randomly teleports me somewhere and I die. So... I have to say that due to bugs that make it unplayable I must say "Do Not Recommend". I don't feel good negging a game I got this cheap, but I can't play it, so...

3/29/22 Edit: The game was updated to include three achievements -- all of which worked for me. Thanks for the update! This is one of the few games I go back to every so often because it's short, sweet, simple, and a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to JF2. 5/07/21 Edit: I don't know what was different this time, but I was finally able to beat the game without a crash. I'm going to pretend that a bug was fixed so I can upvote the game, because I thought it was a lot of fun.
