Endless Voyage / 无尽航线

While i guess it could be a good deckbuilding roguelike, this is not a finished. Not marking it as "early access" seems misleading. Only one character playable, other is "to come" English localization not complete, and had to get help from forum to even switch to it.

Very limited contents. It is more like a mobile game, a free one. The graphic is mobile level. Too few cards and strategies.

Changed review from Thumbs Up to Thumbs Down. 2.4/5 Card battler. Fantasy with guns and bombs. This would be a pretty great game if it didn't have language errors in the UI and didn't have the bugs. The default language is Mandarin and it's a wiitel complicated to get to an English UI in this game. The Good: 0) B-to-A quality card battler 1) Pretty good graphics, cute. 2) Decent cards and mechanics 3) Value: I got this for $10 and it's a fine game for 10 USD. The Bad: 4) The game's tutorials are terrible. If one makes single mistake, you have to replay a dozen stupid battles. That's not a tutorial, that's just punishment. 5) Advancement totally broken. At first, it seemed like it was working, since one earns cards by playing, but there is no level two, no ability to play or unlock any of the additional content that is shown. There are also several "coming soon" teasers, but if the game had *any* second level, as it says it does, I'd give this a thumb's up. 6) Language U...

These are the fun stuff: 1. The idea of building a"squad" is fun. Some combos are fun to execute. 2. Decent stage design. You always get 3 options, which gives flexibility in how you play the game. 3. Certain builds are fun. These are the issues: 1. Once in a while resolution will be messed up and fixing it take eternity. 2. Game never updates. No new cards/characters/modes being added ever since I purchased this game. 3. Game is fun at the beginning, but once you reach higher levels, you will realize that there are only one or two playable builds. Other build will either become frustratingly bad with higher enemy HP or hard stuck on certain types of enemies. 4. Following up on 3, some enemies are simply impossible to counter. You will have to lose HP. I understand that this is part of the game, but if half of the enemies are either dealing true damage or dealing damages way higher than any armor cards could possibly reach. Despite the translation issues, this is a pretty fun deck builder. The content as-is is playable, but there is only one playable character while teasing another, and no updates in quite a while. So, flag this as incomplete. Pick it up on sale.

Very good deckbuilding game. Fun and relaxing to play. No updates but here is enough contents already.
