Scrapnaut

I think that Scrapnaut is an OK game and a great game when you consider the price. I played the game using a controller and I choose the setting peaceful to avoid the constantly recurring base raids - otherwise I would have hated the game. Game is mainly about exploring , finding resources for next step, fetching what's asked , while fighting bots. To some degree repetitive but with enough variety that it didn't feel like major chores. I have played the game for around 50 hours in relaxed style before it being finished. [spoiler]Apart from weapons and pleanty of food for hunger/healing then it's nice to have some red crystal in inventory for [I]that occasion[/I] (a tank of oxygen is nice to have also)[/spoiler]

kinda liked it, but the game isnt 100% complete and its been abandoned since 2022 with its last major update being version 1.6.15. Roadmap is also an indicator of how incomplete it is. TLDR is that 3-4 dollars on discount is worth it for a few hours of gameplay but nothing more.

Fun game, liked the base building. Perfect for those looking for more casual survival experience. Near the end it got a bit repetitive. Overall 7/10.
