Cyberpulse

I found this game through a YouTube video and it is easily one of the most polished and fun indie games I have ever played. As someone who played a very small amount of Geometry Wars on Xbox 360, this game is a refined and polished spiritual successor that also stands out as it's own game. The controls and game-play are very tight and highly responsive, the graphics are bright, colorful, filled with personality and style, and yet manage to relay information quickly and efficiently while rarely being overwhelming. It's fast pace arcade action bliss and with a heavy variety and level of difficulty, the game never feels unfair or brain-dead. I was frankly surprised by the amount of different ships and game objectives such as a wide array of destroying enemies, survival challenges, boss fights, and more. The fact this game is made by one person (to my knowledge) is beyond impressive and very inspiring. I could go on about how fun the game is, but it really needs to be experienced to full...

Great game! It is a shame that there only a few reviews though. If you like Geometry Wars, you'll most likely love Cyberpulse.

This game is the real definition of 'hidden gem'. I happened to stumble upon it from a random YouTube video and the obvious quality put into this game clearly shines. Would recommend.

Cyberpulse is an absolute blast! If you're into twin stick shooters - and especially if you liked Geometry Wars - give this a shot! The controls are tight and feel great to use, the levels are really well designed, and the aesthetic is absolutely oozing with style.

Very fun twin stick arcade game, like geometry wars. The dev is like pegasus from yugioh hes the best player at his own game, good luck beating his scores lol.
