About the Game

Have you ever wondered how it would feel to travel in a hot air balloon and fly above clouds? Have you ever wanted to face your fear of heights? Perhaps you wanted to become a pilot and test your critical thinking skills. Looking for a breathtaking experience? Try our game Extreme Escape.

You are the pilot of an experimental balloon that has suffered a serious accident. You’ve just lost power and your life support system is damaged. The balloon is leaking and you’re falling down really fast. Get out of this situation by repairing all devices and regaining control over the balloon.

The capsule contains plenty of tools and equipment necessarily to fix the air ship and land safely. The onboard computer shows emergency procedure codes that you can follow using your tablet. Additional help becomes available once the radio is reset. It is a room-scale experience. In a smaller space you can use a teleport or just pull yourself in the capsule using your hands.

Have fun!

This is a very interesting puzzle game. The gameplay is pretty fun but I have some problem. One thing is that the puzzles are pretty simple, there isn't to much thinking, you just need to go to a spot and use a tool or two. A second problem I have that is a bit more minor is there is no smooth locomotion there is only teleportation for movement. Finally my MAIN problem is the length. My first play through took 15 min to complete. I did a second run that only took 5 min. If the game get more content it might be worth buying, but at this point the amount of content you are getting is not worth the price.

It's do short quest, but a superb start. I think Immersion could develop the idea and make some other extreme envs in THIS game, so we could choose them from start menu. (or like dlc) btw there is no full Valve Index support. It runs well, but finger tracking is a really good thing. Also it will be great to add EARTH during the fall. To see that we are really going to die, it will be more atmospheric. Now there is only the sky view Aaand the last thing - teleport is not obvious. If you indicate your controller on the place you are not allowed for teleporting, you will not see the circle. And sometimes it's a bit confusing cause you think - it's not working at all UPD. I FOUND SOMETHING REALLY BAD. If you "died" and the game respawns you, you will get stuck in textures. Hope they fix that soon. In my first walkthrough I didn't die, so I missed that bug

I saw this game on Reddit before it released and asked a question. My comment quite a number of upvotes, and no response from the devs: "This looks great. Is it only the one level or is there more content?" And now that I've played it... yes, it is great. It's fun, and puts you under just enough stress to keep every puzzle feeling important and tense. However, I completed in a half hour, and I probably would've shaved off 5 minutes or so if I understood that I had holsters. I spent quite a bit of time trying to get my tools into the second area thinking that my pockets were super janky looking legs. The asking price is probably about accurate for what it is. I'd love to play more, which is why I'm recommending. It got me hooked, even if I think the amount of content is really too limited.

This game is amazing, short -taking about 45 minutes to an hour- but was a really cool experience. There are a few kinks to work out in regard to the hands when grabbing thing off your person, but over all the mechanics where really solid. I hope they do more with the game, either adding more scenarios/locations or harder difficulties. In any case, more of this quality and gameplay the better!

Very short but quite good "escape the room" game. The game takes place in an air balloon, theres been an accident and you have to fix broken stuff to survive your imminent crash, this isnt a "puzzle" game, you do tasks in order to survive. You do these by using a tool on a broken thing, or pulling levers... basic stuff like that... whats really special about this game is that some of these things are being done on the outside of the balloon, the sense of height and danger, at least for me, was pretty exciting, sealing a leak felt pretty "intense". You get a 45min countdown that you cant pause, i think is more than enough time to finish the game, it took me ~15min to finish it the 1st time and then i did an "expert" speedrun in like 5min. The only "glitch" i found if it can be called that, is that when i had to reattach a part, i first tried to glue it, and thats not how its done, but the issue is that the glue gun leaves a permanent wad of glue on one of the attachable parts and t...

Every update makes me excited, even though it's the same room, I replay it every update to see the new features. I really hope more scenarios get added to this game as it may be my favorite VR escape room game!

Surprisingly fun and Exciting! Gotta praise the level design! The environment is perfect for a small standing room scale setup, yet it never feels claustrophobic. being able to climb around inside and outside the aircraft in the middle of the storm is extremely immersive and thrilling! The 'escape-room' puzzles are brilliant; just complex enough to get your brain working, but never outlandish or frustrating (felt more like an adventure while playing). The experience itself is rather short about 30 - 60 minutes in total, but it launches from an in-game hub/library, hinting at the fact that more experiences/missions will be added in future updates, hopefully the devs keep updating this one as it has a lot of promise!
