I adore this game. Toem is a cute and simple photography puzzle game. You walk around and explore rural and urban areas interacting with cool characters and creatures. People want to see your photos, or you take a photo and it changes the world around you. The mechanics and artstyle are extremely simple but super engaging. I love the 2D artstyle and was immediately blown away by the camera change from 3rd person top down to 1st person, while still keeping the world 2D. This game places a strong emphasis on perceptive, as it should as picture taking is its main mechanic. And it does it so impressively well. The longer I played this game the more I found it changing how I played. I started taking photos preemptively thinking "someone will want to see this." I started shifting the camera more to find all the little secrets or appreciate the personality the environment has. Help others with their errands and other requests while filling your camera roll with the memories you make along this journey. Toem is a very chill game about completing a bunch of quests by taking pictures and running errands in exchange for items and stamps. You need to get a certain amount of stamps per region before you get your free bus ticket to the next area. It’s a fun way to make sure you interact with most of the area before moving onto a new one without making it feel forced. What I love most about Toem is that is has compendium for all of the animals in the game. Отличная игра (особенно за 130р по скидке). После прохождения игры нужно еще раз загрузить сохранение, будет доп контент - новая лока. Сначала я прошла всё сама, а что не получилось (есть не очевидные задания и ачивки) - уже грайндила после. На всё ушло 7 часов.

This game is PERFECT for anyone who wants to travel overseas for vacation and take photos for their Instagram post but cannot simply because they are BROKE.

Far and away one of my favorite games on Steam. The 7~ hours flew by! I can't wait for the sequel to come out!

It's a very enjoyable game, with super satisfying puzzles. I haven't finished it yet, but so far it's been very relaxing to play.

this game is so sweet, jarringly funny, and full of heart. the art style and "dimensionality" is so visually appealing, and going through and completing everything feels so rewarding - it's all worth something in the end. so many little secrets and easter eggs scattered throughout a beautiful story, accompanied with a beautiful soundtrack that had me deafen all other applications for once in my adhd life. i cannot recommend more.
