About This Game

Welcome to Shiver Spa!

In this slice of life game you'll spend a day in the shoes of a luxury spa worker. Fly drunk guests to safety (or give them a tour), pick up laundry and retrieve lost luggage! Be part of a resort where humans and animals vacation side by side, and of course they have problems - mostly with you and the average service...

Beautycopter is brief (about 30 minutes long), with simple 3D graphics when you're buzzing around on your ultralight helicopter and a headquarter (and other locations) explorable via point-and-click. There's no combat, manageable amounts of conversations, rings to fly through and guest problems to solve!

Get ready to freeze!

To be honest, it used to be much colder here. Can you make it snow again properly in Shiver Spa, not just with that sad synthsnow?

Features:
  • 3D flight mode and 2D adventure mode
  • Communicate with guests via a customer service phrases soundboard
  • Voiced and subtitled

Absurd little digital scribble I'm calling this a digital scribble because the way this game is put together feels decidedly low-tech. You run a bunch of quests, but you have to find out what they are, remember them yourself, and also make sure you don't get stuck; but other than that, you'll be changing towels on a giraffe, feed a cat, make sheep snow, and have hens wear hats, to name just a few of the challenges. (I said it's absurd.) If you like the absurd, and don't mind the "my first game"-looking level of tech, you might enjoy Beautycopter.

There's something about this game's aesthetic that is just so wholesome and wonderful. Even as your character is berated and insulted by many characters, his sincere joy about his job (conveyed masterfully through a dreary monotone synthesized voice) kept me going and kept me rooting for him. The controls are awkward, the graphics are simple, and yet, somehow, it all comes together to a glorious experience that is just incredibly satisfying. The plot is quite mysterious, and I walked away from the ending with so many unanswered questions, but I couldn't stop smiling about it anyway. I love this game and hope someday to figure out how to get that last achievement.

Great game. The characters are well flashed out and the humor is top notch. Many twists and turns. A frothy epic.

this is ''beautycopter'', another fine game made by the genius of ''Graceless Games'', and its exactly what i love in a game: surreal, wild, strange and extremely funny! i like how the player, as a hapless bellboy in a icy spa hotel, is trying his best in order to please the hotels clients by performing chores for them, moving them around, finding lost items for them or even talking with them about life, chairs or about the icy spa's accommodations. the quests are great, all the characters are cool and loveable, the way you can interact with them is very creative (with various buttons and expressions, with interesting results) and its cool that you can fly around everywhere with your trusty helicopter (beautycopter!) i had lots of fun with the flying part, but the only ''bad'' thing was that you cant ''walk'' or turn easily when you are on the ground's level, meaning that while you fly you have 100% control is moving around and turning (thus allowing you to see everything perfectly...

Interesting Game, Not at all what i expected at all, this is the strangest game i've ever played! The story line was unpredictable and the array of characters kept me on my toes, Below is a link of me experiencing this game: https://youtu.be/9ec5x9TVwaY

I adore this game. It's one of a kind and found myself laughing quite a bit at the humor. For the price point it's more than worth the purchase.

This is a game where you fly around a helicopter and help people/creatures. It's arrow keys + spacebar, which controls direction + height. The gameplay is interesting. It's a collection of random tasks, most of which use the helicopter in unique ways. But overall, the part that I liked most is the overall feeling of the game. It feels a little hopeless at the start with these big open spaces and a ton of weird creatures who talk down to you, but by the end it's like your character has found their life through helping others and it feels very hopeful. It's stuck in my mind longer than a lot of games have.

The best way to describe this game would probably be as the almost-melancholic fever dream of an asset flip which nestled itself in the cozy ambiance of a brilliant soundtrack before going to bed. The next best way to describe it is just to tell you it's a good game, you should get it, and that it's worth the $1.99 it's going for. And even if you don't end up liking it, it's still going to end up being a unique and worthwhile experience.

Another short charmer from the Deity Driving dev; the same good vibe of aesthetic absurdity in the environments and comedic sincerity from the characters, now with a mix of 3D environments and... whatever you call first-person 2D exploration. When people say "I want shorter games with worse graphics", this is what I'm hoping for more of (although let's say "simpler graphics", for anyone who conflates 'graphics' with 'visuals'.)
