东方幻灵录 ~ Touhou Hakanai Cards

EDIT on 9/28/20: The game, at some point, also got an English option (Definitely better than a raw machine translation, too) alongside one of the many relatively healthy balance changes. Game's still fun, still robust, and now a lot more understandable without ShareX'ing bits of text into a translator! While obviously the language barrier has been a significant hurdle, once you get down the mechanics and what each character does, the games pretty damn enjoyable, intuitive, and rewarding. Managed to get up to the top 500 players for a time before being smacked back down to the 600s, so the language advantage only goes so far. Took a few rounds and more than a few hours translating and writing down the card effects to actually get the gist of everything, but knowing the characters goes a long way in being able to guess what the card types are and what general interactions with other cards they may have. It should not be seen as a card game, but as mahjong with some card game mechanics. The entirety of everything is controlled by RNG, so there is no deckbuilding or anything like that. You get what the store offers. If you need one thing to make it big, but you don't get it, you will lose. Like in Mahjong. Even the scoring results are like Mahjong. If you go in expecting a card game, you will never win any of your first ~20 games, which you need to do regardless to get a handle on things.
